Harlow Cuadra and Joe Kerekes were based in Norfolk and ran both their gay video website Boybatter.com and their escorting enterprise Norfolk Companions from there, so it's very possible - even likely - their or their affiliated escorts' clientele included high Government officials, given the frequency of DC-Naval-political connections and visits.

The fact is the FBI and the San Diego police have the emails from Bryan to Lee with regards to the Back door deal. The police had search warrants for all of Bryan’s electronic communications. Yes they have all of the emails that Bryan sent Lee with regards to this deal. And it is in fact true. Lee was doing this behind Sean and Grants backs and he is now quaking in his boots from the fear of a possible civil suit because of it. Lee could loose everything because of this. And the poor man does not have bankruptcy as a option this time because he last filed for it in 2003. Pity Lee the time between them would not be enough.

Well today we have seen proof positive that we have a real lunatic on our hands. One who claims to be the voice of Gay America? No wonder Joe and Harlow are no longer gay. So what is in a name? Well as far as one depraved blogger claims it is everything. He has stated that people are stealing the identities of people, yet these identities do not belong too real people he made them all up. He has not stated that they were him directly yet he is pissed that some of his arsenal of aliases has been taken over by real people who he can not manipulate. What I find really sad is his smear campaign against certain bloggers who he claims are telling lies about him. The fact is he is just pulling names out of his ass trying to evoke some sort of attack from them so he can claim that he knew who they are all along.
His latest stunt for which he is backtracking to correct was really stupid. He has been lying about his boyfriend Marc for so long that I really think he believes his own hype. Then he has two new names that he is using Matthew and Jon and between these three he has formed what Elmysterio calls his "trilogy of terror" I love that. He goes from blog to blog posting his hate of other posters such as SethJ, Dane Avery, V.J. Jakester Elmysterio, Troy Halston and myself and in the same diatribe posts his praises for him self and how much people love him. And he thinks that we believe that shit, well the joke is really on him because no one does.
He claims that we are interfering with his business, which is another joke he has no business. He claims he has deep background information yet he has not even figured out who Elmysterio is yet. First he claimed Elm was in San Francisco then he claimed he was in Portland, Oregon. He claims that he spoke to Harlow on the day before his arrest and Harlow and Joe have both said that that is a lie. Damon spoke to Joe Kerkekes and we can all agree with that.
Damon has an issue with that you see he claims to be a reporter yet that one mistake has made him the laughing stock of all media. His claims on the day of the arrest were soon proven wrong and he has lost all credibility with Channel 13 in Virginia Beach. His claims that he was interviewed by Rolling Stone and Out Magazine is a lie as well, they would not talk to him. Sad is the tale of Damon Kruezer. His claims not withstanding he is a wretched old man who still lives with his mother and he has no industry connections. He does not live in New York; he has no connections in San Francisco or West Hollywood or the porn industry. His is a plagiarist and a fraud the fact of which has been proven on several occasions. Now where do I start? What can be said about the lies that are being perpetrated by the blogger who claims to be the voice of the Gay Community? In the span of one week he has claimed that Brent Corrigan was the anti Christ and to day he is empathizing with him because of their similar situations. He has also said that he was to be a witness for the prosecution and also a witness for the defense in the Bryan Kocis murder case. He also claims that Bryan was a good friend of his yet we all know that to be a lie. He claimed that Bryan had him in his will and that he was to get control of Cobra Video. That too is another lie told by Damon and it is all in print and written by him. Yet he claims we are making up lies about him. The man for lack of a better word is delusional. Damon has no intention of ever telling the truth he touts his contacts and upcoming big deals yet I have never seen any proof of them. So you say to the truth squad to come out and show ourselves, well I will say the same to you.
You claim that we are interfering with your business and we are telling lies about you yet you have made it a vocation to do the same to others. I doubt if that is what Mr. Kruezer actually wrote, if he wrote at all. The man is an excellent speller and always writes with perfect grammar. Yet there are sections here that were obviously edited or added to that are not his style at all. I also don’t believe he misrepresented himself at all, you knew who he was when you and Harlow spoke with him as you admitted before, and it’s no accident copies of your letters in your handwriting are being circulated. Do you intend to deny letters that can be compared with others you wrote are in fact yours?

What is Damon trying to say that someone filed a bogus civil suit and tried to sue him? Now, dear readers... the most interesting piece, from my perspective: After Sean came back to San Diego, and met Grant, he pretty quickly decided he liked Grant better than Bryan, and it's pretty clear that Sean wanted/needed the Dad he never had, and was seeking him out, first in Bryan and later in Grant. The fact that Bryan and Grant bear a striking resemblance to each other, and are both very dominant personalities, reinforces this idea.
I still think Sean would have continued to work for Bryan had Bryan responded differently to the age revelation, but I think Bryan still wanted not just a model, but a boyfriend. So Bryan was jealous of Grant, and that fueled much of the rage, death threats, etc. when the age issue was raised by Sean. Grant, in turn, in the Kruezer view "stoked the fire" of Sean's developing hatred of Bryan as aggressively as possible, so as to cement his relationship with Sean.

Now... there are numerous reports of Sean and Bryan meeting, coming to terms, and being happy with one another once again, of them hanging around with each other at clubs and other places at the Vegas trade show, and I think even dancing together. Bryan told several people that he was really happy to be friends with Sean again, and looked forward to working with him. This HAD to be Grant's worst nightmare. Bryan had everything Grant did not... money, success, education, and Grant (probably correctly) perceived Bryan as the one person who could take Sean away from him. It is likely that Grant, who had been in favor of settling the lawsuit, never dreamed that Bryan could turn on the charm and once again get close to Sean.

Here’s a fact Damon you are everyone’s worst nightmare. Sean and Bryan were not out clubbing all over Vegas. The met in one club and that was pretty much it. You see things were not going that great at that time and they had to pull everything together in San Diego. As a matter of fact on the 15th of January Bryan sent an email to a friend saying things were not going so well with the negotiations. That was the day after the Hustla Ball. I guess you and Bryan were not as good of friends as you thought if he did not tell you that little detail.

if we look at the whole picture in all its complexity, Grant's known temper and uncontrolled hatred for Bryan, combined with the other factors paint one of the most common motives for murder: jealousy.
That, to me, is a much more likely scenario than the "murder Bryan so we can shoot videos with Sean" plan promoted by the police.

As for Harlow and his fascination with Sean? I honestly think, from everything I've seen, researched, and heard, that he was seeing dollar signs, a way for Harlow to dig out of his enormous debt. Here's what I base it on... We know he was in debt up to his eyeballs, and I think he (arrogantly and erroneously) thought that Sean was money in the bank. He was telling people that he could make $100,000 off of a DVD with Sean and he in it.
But that was simply ridiculous.

So maybe Harlow was in debt and maybe he was wrong about the amount of money that such a video would make but I think it would have made them both quit a bit of money. It looks like we might never know but you are not in a position to speculate as you probably have never seen one of either of they’re videos.

Here's how it would have played out: A no-name studio (boybatter), with a no-name gay video actor (harlow) and some guy who's been on a couple of DVDs that have sold no more than 5,000-10,000 units each. In the industry, this would equate to *maybe* sales of 1000-2000 units at the most (and that would be unheard of for a new studio, even with an established star, which Sean was not), at an industry-average wholesale price (for an unknown studio) of maybe $8 per copy. The fact that Harlow was offering Sean $30,000 shows how stupid he was. He would not even have broken even. The fact that he didn't have even the most basic understanding of the economics of the industry... and the fact that he somehow thought that Cobra was his main and only competition, when there are dozens if not hundreds of twink studios would tend to reinforce the idea that he was simply broke, stupid, and had the hots for Sean... and let his greed and his d**k dictate his desires.
So... if we add this all up, my best guess is that Sean and Grant never offered or agreed to any contract for murder... but I think it is VERY possible that Grant, unbeknownst to Sean, *did* cut such a deal with Harlow and Joe, promising them that Sean would work with them if Bryan were out of the picture. This fits very nicely with a lot of things... Joe's emails to *Grant*, saying "we had a deal"... Grant gets Bryan out of the way, eliminating his competition... and Grant knows that Sean will be devastated, so he can be there to comfort him... and Harlow gets to f**k Sean, shoot a movie with him, and (in Harlow's mind) make enough money to pay off all his debts.

Regarding Joe's story that Harlow was at Bryan's house, but after he was dead, a well known attorney posted a great response, which I don't seem to be able to locate, but in essence, it said "You show up at someone's house where you're supposed to have a meeting, but you find the door open, someone dead, smoke coming out, and someone upstairs. So what do you do? You rush back to the hotel you've paid up for 2 nights, check out immediately, and drive five hours back to Virginia. You don't call the police. Who in their right mind would do that, and who would believe that someone else did that?"

And as someone else said, "In the Black's Beach tape, Harlow described the upstairs bedroom, which he supposedly didn't enter, Did he yell up to the person he heard and ask him to shout down a description?"
This, of course, putting aside all the other evidence, the most pesky of which is apparently the same camcorder as came from Bryan's house, with serial number filed off, being found in Harlow's house, and a posting from Harlow to a video discussion board a couple days after the murder saying he just got this camera but doesn't have a manual for it.
Harlow seems like a nice guy, and I would truly like to believe he's innocent. But the combination of his own actions and statements (putting aside all evidence that could possibly have been fabricated), his wanting Sean, being stupid and greedy, combined with the connection with Grant, who had motive and opportunity...well, it's getting VERY difficult for this reporter to have any substantial reasonable doubt, pending rabbits being pulled out of hats at the preliminary hearing on August 20th.

From a variety of sources and after personal investigation, I have determined that the day after the BRYAN KOCIS murder happened, his protege and former lover Sean Lockhart aka BRENT CORRIGAN was in tears the entire day, and so upset he could barely speak.

Keep in mind, constant readers, that there were people in San Diego and LA who had known Sean before his video work and knew how old he was, and the rumors kept circulating. As Sean's video work became more visible, the rumors got louder.

Bryan Kocis told me he kept hearing the rumors, and told Sean that he HAD to stop these "false rumors" because it was starting to create questions for Bryan and Cobra Video.
And then it was that the naive and gullible Sean realized he couldn't stop the rumors in view of several Myspace profiles - set up by others - with Sean's real age, other postings and much talking about his age, all long before any actual issues occurred between Bryan and Sean.
It was around the time where the rumors could no longer be squelched that to his credit, Sean came to the realization that he had to come clean with Bryan and face the music. Sean was ready to continue working for Bryan, though he was nervous about it, and while he realized Bryan would be angry, I have confirmed that he hoped that things could be worked through.
But no one anticipated Bryan's reaction. I am sorry to have to report that in all honesty, Bryan allegedly threatened Sean's life, reportedly told him the only place he would be safe was in Mexico, allegedly threatened to tell Sean's parents and family about his video work (they didn't then know), and very likely told Sean he was going to have thousands of large posters made of Sean naked, in the most embarrassing and humiliating positions, and have them posted all over San Diego where Sean lived, worked, and hung out.
It gets more intense. Alleged repeated threats of other types were made over phone, email, and text messages.
I advised Bryan to "cease and desist" to no avail. All of this, of course, caused Sean's desire to continue to work with Bryan to evaporate - but Grant allegedly also aggressively filled Sean's ears with how horrible Bryan was, in the hopes of securing his own position as boyfriend/business partner.
I suspect that both things combined to turn Sean 180 degrees from admiring Bryan to hating him.
Then HARLOW CUADRA and JOE KEREKES entered the picture.

The jury will be drawn from the surrounding area unless a motion for change of venue due to pre-trial publicity allegedly biasing prospective jurors to an unacceptable degree is sought and granted.

HE TOOK THE NAME DAMON KRUEZER AND MADE CLAIMS OF HAVING MET WITH BRYAN KOCIS WHEN IN FACT, DAMON NEVER MET BRYAN. HE WANTED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE MURDER CASE SO BADLY, PERHAPS HE THOUGHT ABOUT IT SO MUCH HE FANTASIZED HIMSELF INTO BELIEVING IT.

Why does he do what he does?

He has no real friends and he just picks on people because he feels like he is a big man when he berates them. The fact is that Damon or Kent has no connections in the porn industry and all who read his diatribes find him disgusting and deceitful. He tries to get you to talk to him and when you won’t he starts to print vicious lies about you. A perfect example is what he tried to do to Elmysterio and Julien. When they would not put a link to his blog on theirs they became his enemy. He was pissed that they were getting more attention than he was and that they had more readers than he did. There is also Matthew Rush who has been a victim of his for several years as well as Brent Corrigan. All victims of his lies and slander and for what purpose? There are far to many to mention here. Damon has no advertisers on his blog and he has no one linked to his blog. He just sits on his fat ass and posts lie after lie. There is no truth there none what so ever and there never will be. He claims he has connections in the industry but no one will talk to him more than once. He calls himself a journalist but the only article that he was ever credited with writing had to be rewritten because it was all about him and the subject of the article was barley mentioned. Some journalist huh, oh yeah he did not even get paid for it. The eviction is real and the lies he told the court are real as well but he denies them with a passion. The only problem is that it is well documented. If you want copies email Elmysterio and he will send them to you. He is nothing more than a delusional liar who lives in a fantasy world created in his own sick mind with people who read his blog and send him fan mail. Many sites have closed down their forums because of him and his blatant lies. But I am here to put a stop to him and his disgusting diatribes. He can cuss at me and call me a fake but the fact is he is the real fake.
There have been many that have been victims of his lies and there will likely be more but if I have my way he will be stopped. We all need to come together and let him know that he has no power in the blogasphere and we can stop him. I am the real Yves Mignon and Damon can’t stand it
