Damon and his fabulous lies

The trial of Harlow Cuadra and Joe Kerekes will be at the Luzerne County Courthouse, 200 North River Street, in downtown Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The jury will be drawn from the surrounding area unless a motion for change of venue due to pre-trial publicity allegedly biasing prospective jurors to an unacceptable degree is sought and granted.
My personal attorney is closely monitoring developments.
Oh that is news Damon is this different from any other trial? Or is this the way they are going to do it for just this one? Why would you have a personal attorney Damon? Is it because you have been trying to fabricate evidence? If so my dear fat one you will be put behind bars for sure for that.
Sources tell KRUEZER AT NIGHT that expert witnesses in the fields of DNA evidence and Internet forensics are being recruited by both prosecution and defense, although the defense is reportedly very concerned about the fees due and payable to such witnesses.
Damon you have no sources you just read that on someone’s blog and you stole it claiming that someone who has inside info told you. Just another one of you silly lies.
Likely start date for the trial is late November 2007 although a source close to one of the leads in the case tells us that the process of discovery may take longer than expected and thus extend the trial's opening by several weeks/one month.
Is this a guess or did you get this from the court house janitor as well?
Other witnesses will be deposed and their sworn statements introduced at trial.
We believe that Sean Lockhart and Robert Wagner, among others, will be called upon to testify.
The choice of presiding judge and who is picked as jury foreman will be closely watched.

Interestingly, 2 members of the waitstaff at Le Cirque, the Las Vegas restaurant where Lockhart, Roy, Cuadra and Kerekes all had dinner early this year, have been in touch with KRUEZER AT NIGHT. We cannot divulge at this time what they had to say, but it is very significant according to our P.I. friend who has heard their digitally recorded input.

The nicest hotel Marc and I have overnighted at in the area is the Woodlands Inn out in Plains Township. It's $150 a night.
The Best Western Genetti Hotel is downtown and is not bad at all, but not on the same level as the Woodlands Inn.
I read this on PC’s blog too. I believe it can be attributed to Cad, he was talking about places to stay when he went to the trial. So you and "Marc" are going to be staying together? Well Troy and I will be in the next room and I hope we can get together for brunch while we are all there. No hard feelings I hope?

Damon are you still holding on to that lie about your interview with Harlow? We all know that you spoke to Joe. As for your conversations with Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy that is another lie. You spoke to them once and they will not speak to you again. Your so-called friendship with Bryan Kocis is another joke the man thought you were a joke and we all know that. Bryan used you for his own purpose and when you did what he wanted he would have nothing more to do with you.
KRUEZER AT NIGHT is an acknowledged member of the gay press and we plan on requesting and accepting credentialing as members of the press, no doubt much to the chagrin of our rivals who will be left behind gnawing the ends of their old schemes as per usual.
