Damon is truly graping at straws now. Why is Damon stooping to the depths that he is to degrade Harlow after he just claimed he was going to help them win their case. The man is a deranged luniatic.
News flash: Damon Kruezer picture
Well today we have seen proof positive that we have a real lunatic on our hands. One who claims to be the voice of Gay America? No wonder Joe and Harlow are no longer gay. I don’t want to be gay either if Damon is our voice. He is a blatant liar and a plagiarist a forger and a fabricator of facts. Damon rides on the coat tails of the dead and the incarcerated. Just look at how he has used Mark Dalton and Joe and Harlow. Look at what he did with the tragic deaths of the three men in Florida and Bryan Kocis and most recently Danny Roddick. He goes after them with a vengeance and the dead and incarcerated can not defend themselves against his attacks.
Well that all changed recently with the letters that Joe and Harlow sent him. They played him, they used his vanity and his ignorance as a weapon against him and they proved once and for all that Damon Kruezer is an idiot. That’s right Damon bought that line of bullshit hook line and sinker.
Joe and Harlow conspired to do this on their own to get back at Damon and Elmysterio did agree to help them. They set Damon up for a great fall from his pulpit of lies. His lies and slander were becoming a great nuisance and he needed to be stopped.
You all know that the Truth Squad is in full force when it comes to Damon’s lies and we will not tolerate them any longer. Damon has been posting on any blog that he could for the past several days making his claims about the letters and how Joe and Harlow are begging him for his help. Fool that he is he bought it. Then he proceeds to tell more lies, he is now claiming that he is a part owner of Boybatter. That in it self is a load of bullshit. He is also claiming to be in Florida working with the fictitious detective Jernoble. That is a lie he is in Massachusetts just like he always is hiding behind his aged mother and living off her dime.
He is now claiming that because of the letters he received that he is going to help the defense team of Joe and Harlow. Now we all know that is a load of bullshit. One day Damon is attacking them and the next he is a best friend with them. So many lies told by him that he can not even remember them all, well we can help with that we have kept a record of all of the lies and different names he has used in the last week in one easy to find place. The "Former Damon Fan blog" has become a clearinghouse for his lies and different personalities. Lets just call it one stop shopping. He has been officially band from KM and PC’s blog because of his arrogant ignorance and his comments have been deleted from most every other blog out there and posted here for your enjoyment. He has even stooped to using my name as a ploy to spread his hate
Question, why must Damon go to other people’s blogs and post under assumed names and tout his greatness? Answer: Because no one reads his Technicolor trash page. His latest revelation is about his upcoming DVD documentary about the Kocis Case is a lie. And oh and lets not forget his latest lie about a video that he is directing for Angel and Brad. I would assume that they are prevarication’s as well. So what do we have here? We have Lie after lie being told on top of lies that would explain who is one Damon Kreuzer aka Kent Barkley.

I just had a wonderful dinner cooked for me by one of Lucas Entertainment's models. He can't stand Michael Lucas anymore than I can, but he likes working in New York and the pay is good. We debated if Chris Crocker was - shall we say - fully equipped, and it appears he is judging from what's on Queerty. If Harlow and Joe are on the phone with the DK-obsessed "Elm" all the time and taking his direction as Elm claims, they have a lot bigger trouble than a mere murder trial, and they're a lot dumber than their worst enemies suspect.
Yes, whether you believe the letters are true, false, a set up or anything in between, it was legally unwise. If true, Harlow and Joe are far more aware of the severity of their situation than anyone realized. If false/a set up than their so-called "admission" on blogs NOT written by them - and allegedly witnessed by Elm and friends - certainly opens the door to accusations of "habitual liar" at trial if the letters are introduced into evidence, which is a distinct possibility based on the call and followup email I received this afternoon.
I will publish my letters sent today to Harlow and Joe tomorrow night. Taking a break from the case tonight with some bouquets and happy photos of dear friends of mine in the gay video biz, with the exception of the Bryan Kocis email about trademarks. Bryan was no fool and he makes some good points. Read it.
The arrogantly self-appointed "Truth Squad" harassing NG and others with their hate mail - oh excuse me their unsolicited "advice" - has their work cut out for them when they see who are my friends but they should not be surprised if my buds don't cotton to unsolicited trash talk that can't be independently verified.
Anyone is welcome to inspect the Harlow and Joe letters including the new material I have decided to publish.
Of course you will need to call or email me directly and verify your identity and the legitimacy of your interest to my satisfaction. That won't be a problem if you are sincere in wanting ONLY "the truth", without any hidden agendas, right?
However judging from the call and the followup email I got this afternoon, it appears that much bigger fish than the blogosphere's anonymous "Truth Squad" are interested in the FULL contents of EVERYTHING Harlow and Joe sent/faxed/emailed to me.
I think I heard or read the word "testify" in what was said this afternoon, but I clearly remember saying "I'll consider it after counsel consultation" in response.
No, I am NOT going to talk about the DVD documentary about the Kocis case I have been hired to write and co-produce no matter how many email me about it. Let the project be underway and at least 50% complete, with a release date, before I will say more.
One thing's for sure: My name will be prominently displayed in the credits, and this is one video that Mark Adams or Dexx Jones can't call David Forest or Jason Curious about or "advise" people not to carry because I am involved in it. Forest and Curious may submit to the tyrants to their everlasting shame but I never did and our distributor and executive producer for the DVD could give a rat's ass what Adams, Jones, SethJ or Elm think.

Basically I thank them for being so revealing of themselves, and for writing a SERIES of communications from April-September 2007 that certainly are of interest to BOTH prosecution and defense, as today's call and email shows.
REALLY stupid of Harlow and Joe to have done ANYTHING other than to be sincere in mending fences. EVERYONE is telling me this and they are right.
As for my hiring to co-produce and write the DVD documentary, I could care less what any biased party thinks.

This, I believe, being my first comment on this particular, let me preface this by apologizing to whoever it is that owns this blog.
ReplyDeleteSee, two days ago,I recieved an e-mail from sethj in which he apologized and then proceeded to sell me, again, on joining the anti-Kruezer by telling me to call a specific telephone and to a specific individual.
Of course, the problem with this is that I don't know the person per se, so having me call a total stranger and convince me as to a matter I've long been familiar with by keeping tabs on what has been taking place here and various other blogs.
Yesterday, I recieved a snarky follow-up from SETHJ. He was upset that I didn't respond to his first e-mail and accused me of being a shill for Damon Kruezer.
It is interesting to note that via e-mail and thru my blog, I've repeatedly stated to various individuals that whatever information with respect to Damon Kruezer was obtained thru this blog, El Mysterio, DeWayne In SD, H&J.
This fact often is overlooked.
Nonetheless, I decided to stop what it was I doing at the time, focus solely on SETHJ's now and respond them.
Now, here's what I can do. I can either reprint my response to him here or on my blog. That or grab a screenshot, it doesn't matter.
Because if there has been anything or anyone who has pissed the fuck out of me than anyone over this Kruezer BS, it would be SETHJ.

In fact, the attorneys were so disgusted and upset about Harlow and Joe's letters to me, they decided to demand "cash on the barrel" or they will withdraw.
This is why the arraignment was continued to October 4th.
Now Harlow and Joe may need to get PD's if their attorneys quit on them, and they had better pray the UNEDITED client list is with whom they sent it. Or at least in his safe deposit box.

It seems quite apparent that there are only two ways to "help" the defendants – (1) with a monetary contribution towards defense costs (there are no "greedy lawyers," just paid advocates; that's what they do for a living); or (2) good PR, as in stressing the fact that the prosecution case appears to be very weak. From all that I have read, there is little evidence thus far that there was any reason for H and J to want Bryan Kocis dead. Period. This is what their "friends" should be stressing. The fact that DK has "interjected himself" into this case is a good thing for H and J. That's the only way to look at the situation. That's why I started reading about the case. Let me back up a bit.
I am a 50-year-old married white woman from NJ. I know no one involved in the underlying case, nor do I know any of the bloggers, including DK. All I know of any of this is what I have read online, starting with what was posted by DK on patgobyebye.com. This is what first interested me because I have an interest in all things relating to the corrupt and/or hypocritical Republicans who, I believe, are destroying the Constitution and America's long history of freedom. When Damon Kruezer first mentioned a connection between Jason Drake of the Florida murders and the Bryan Kocis murder, I was intrigued and started reading everything available online. Of course, the mainstream media has not followed up at all on the Florida incident so we may never know anything on that one. (I still think it's interesting that three people died and no suicide note was found, yet they determined it to be a double murder and suicide.) But what I really could not understand and what I continue to find baffling is why the so-called friends of Harlow and Joe (including whoever was authoring Harlow's blog at the time) were so anxious to discredit everything DK said. No one had to support it, but it should have been left out there as a possibility, for Harlow's and Joe's sake. If I were friends of H and J and convinced of their innocence, I would have been saying, "Well, maybe there is a connection between a closeted escort client because I know for sure it wasn't Harlow and Joe."
I say this as someone who is typical of the "jury of peers" who will be determining Harlow's and Joe's guilt or innocence at trial. Do you think a typical Lucerne County juror is a young gay man or a young Hispanic gay man? Think again. What DK threw out there, instead of attacking, you should have just let lie out there. There will be increasing interest in this case as it moves forward on the docket and there will be people in Pennsylvania (potential jurors) who will probably look on the Internet for information. Is this what you want them to read? That DK is wrong and knows nothing and there is no possible way that anyone other than Harlow and Joe did it? Where are you people coming from? Kruezer has been more a friend to H and J than any of you. If he wants self-aggrandizement, fine. A lot of agents do. So do a lot of lawyers. It's part of being a great advocate. Frankly, although I have no interest in gay porn at all, I find DK's writing style, in general, quite readable and entertaining, although I would prefer a different formatting style. His spelling and grammar are proper (no "their" and "they're" confusion and no misuse of apostrophes in pluralization) and is otherwise fully literate. Yeah, people who like to read give points for that.
As far as DK's postings relating to Harlow Cuadra and Joe Kerekes, if I were one of their attorneys, I would be incredibly annoyed with anyone who said, "Yeah, the letter was a hoax. I TALKED TO HARLOW AND JOE WITH A FEW OTHER PEOPLE AND IT WAS PLANNED." At this point, I have to wonder if you guys have been put up to this by the D.A.'s office or by people who actually are ex-clients of Harlow and Joe. You actually publicly proclaimed that these two guys, who are separately imprisoned, are in communication with each other and, therefore, can discuss testimony and tactics using you as emissaries. Could this come up at trial? Yeah, it could. It's not a good thing. If you actually care about Harlow and Joe, cut it out. If you can't support Kruezer, then donate money to the defense. If you can't donate money, then you come up with a scenario which points a finger at anyone but your friends as the killers. DO SOMETHING POSITIVE. Knocking Kruezer, who has been the only person to say, "Wait a minute, these guys don't truly have a motive to do such a thing, but maybe a powerful client does" is just plain stupid, that is, IF you are truly friends of Harlow and Joe, who are about to be tried for MURDER, not Internet hoaxes or sock puppet posting. If you continue in this vein, then the only conclusion I can come to is that you are either affiliated with the prosecutor's office or with a former (and perhaps Republican) Norfolk Male Escort client who's shaking in his boots. I wish Harlow and Joe good luck. With friends such as you...... well, you know.

we know he committed perjury when he told the judge he lived at an address which turns out to be a mailbox. we know he did likewise when he declared himself a "traveling consultant" but who is seeking to consult him? on what subject? what does he know?
it seems to me that kent's main qualification for things is that he is a porn fan. in that case, anybody with a penis would be as qualified as kent.
the investigation revealed that kent did not go to college. he hasnt been gainfully employed at least since the early nineties (and probably beyond)
he was a member of a fringe church (staunchly conservative) and was outed at that church when he made advances on "young men" and then further got caught on the internet first looking for underage male prostitutes and then trying to convince young guys that he was a producer and that they should send him dirty videos of himself.
he would make some of these guys sign contracts and would terrorize them when they attempted to flee.
we have spoken to two and are trying to track down another four. we also have statements from his former church, neighbors and estranged family members.
and of course we have that videotape of him in his baseball cap outside the courthouse, arguing with barbara after his idiotic appeal to the judge was rejected.
next week a website will debut seeking further information and tips about kent, to corrospond with an ad in the local papers both where he is now and where he grew up. we also have some folks who have agreed to pass out fliers.
kent? unlike your impotent "threats" to expose me (although i am still unclear as to what be shocking about my life) i am actually going to expose YOU.

all of this is because he was caught a few years ago lying about having slept with cody cash. he fancies himself an intimate of david forest (cody's agent) and also pretends to be an insider.
all the while kent was trying to bait me with cody cash things on his site, we had already cut the deal to have him filmed for tickling.
cody made more in that one shoot than kent has made in all of his ten years of "journalism" combined. think about that.
and not only was kent caught unaware about cody and david forest, but he also didnt know that a major gay director was making his return to shoot it.
this is what has kent's boxers in a knot. and i must say its great fun to see, though the others defamed on his site might not see it that way...
meanwhile, kent continues to hope that his cohorts will return his messages (they wont) and continues to believe that he will be able to benefit in some way by his recent activities (he wont)
but so long as i know that my modest posts on this blog can make him show his true nature, than its all worth it. the laughs i get are just icing. :)
impotent. subscriptions to my sites never go down, no matter what he tries. traffic to my sites continues to be fine. he has never even been able to make a small dent.

I just wanted for everyone to know that there are no black books with client lists, there are no senator, congressman or others that will be named here or on any other blog that will post the truth. Joe nor I ever kept a book with client names in it, so there is no so called black book to start with, second the stories about several congressman and senators are all untrue.

Well another claim by Damon debunked. It would appear that Harlow is not a devil worshiper as Damon claims. Damon can go to that church alone. If you look at the supposed upside down cross you will see that Damon is a stupid idiot and the cross in fact is not upside down but what he is claiming to be the long side of the cross is how it is attached to the chain. What a luezer and a failed drama queen Damon is.

ReplyDeleteThe moron used to use the Alexa ratings all the time when he was with Dexx, but those ratings were giving him the ratings for all of Dexx's sites, not just his. Also, with Alexa ratings, they are only determined by those who use the Alexa toolbar, so it's really not an accurate representation of traffic. At least as far as I can tell.

ReplyDeleteactually elm, alexa is not at all accurate. we did an experiment a few years back and got dexxjones a higher alexa rating than badpuppy, which of course was not likely at that time. we did it with four computers using alexa toolbars. kent knows that it can also be manipulated.
ReplyDeletethe only true measure is to use either an ouside measuring firm, to allow other people to embed a picture (or cookie) or to reveal certified results. uniques are the most important thing, but demographics (which are harder to figure out) are better.
either way, all you have to do is look at the site and imagine, if you werent a truth-squadder, would it be a site that was interesting? or would the contnual battles, mostly unexplained and bombastic self-aggrandizing language send you in the other direction.
kent considers the following sites to be his competitors:

and so on and so on. a quick view of those sites and then a peek at damon's tells you all you need to know. for one thing, those sites have hundreds, sometimes thousands of pages.
kent has one never-ending page with conflicting crap all over it. here you have damon announcing to the world that he has a dvd player, there you have damon with andrew sullivan's husband mislabled as his own lover.
you have a bunch of self-promoting garbage, presented as if compiled by magnetic glowing leters on an ovacado retro refrigerator...
who would visit that site? people in the industry (and their lawyers) and mostly the truth squad. damon/kent's antics have become a hobby. as i said in an earlier post. some people collect stamps. i prefer to truth squad the luezer. he's like our very own demented science project.
its sort of like hunting, only deeper and with less cruelty. of course kent's pelt will wind up in my study, but not before a long, drawn out hunt. :)
anyhow, back to kent's page, what news is ever broken there? typically he has three modes:
brown nose: reserved for jeff palmer and a few other bottom feeders.
hatred: me, matt rush, mark adams, kevin clarke, sometimes david forest, repeat. repeat. repeat. this also includes the subcategory of the "coming soon" or "part two" threat where kent makes up utter nonsense, intended to annoy or harrass, and threatens to post more, hoping his target will run. they dont, he never follows through and then goes back to his continued cycle as described before.
and finally we have promote: himself. he has a dvd player! he lives in a loft in tribeca! its a duplex! he gets laid! He lives in florida! he is traveling here! he has gotten a screener!
i cant imagine tass trumpeting a screener. or mark adams bragging that he has a laptop!
ok i am going on and on, but i find that detailed rants help the newbies, i type fast and this is my hobby.

You are operating from a misconception. Damon is very detail oriented. Damon called on the 26th and the arraignment was pushed back that same date.
Damon writes his content the night before the actual date so he is really 1 day off in referring to the call made to the defense attorneys.
It's widely said they are quite intrigued by what's in the letters.
Damon's response to Harlow and Joe is definitely an olive branch of reconciliation.
Harlow and Joe need one voice to speak for them and when Damon is on the phone with Harlow, he is telling us they will discuss it.
Anything to save Harlow from what Damon calls "the prick of the executioner's needle".
Makes me shake and shiver just thinking about that, i hope Damon can save that boi...he is so sweet and hot.

a) if he indeed collected money which i doubt, he certainly isnt going to share it wtih them
b) if he DIDNT collect money and merely pretended to, but promised it, or more likely for kent, tried to use it to get something out of the kids then thats something different. i am no expert on these matters, but the word fraud continues to pop up.
when you realize that we are talking about a capital case... and that he continually tries to insert himself... i was told that this is very common in murder cases. sad, pathetic people from all over try to get involved. for instance when there was a missing person recently, the mother didnt realize that her son (or daughter, i forget) was real because so many lunatics had called pretending to be the presumed dead child.
kent fits into this category, but when he brings it onto the internet and uses his fake credentials (like his fake traffic reports) to gain confidence... again i dont know. i can say that he is probably in a very bad position. i wouldnt be surprised if his name isnt on some law enforcement list for such activities. its entirely possible that kent will find himself in legal trouble, and in fact, who knows if stuff isnt already in the works... :)
but remember- this is a person who for at least the last ten years has been a virtual one man crime wave. from fake escorting scams (called cupcake capers by the feds) to various attempts at extortion (i know of at least three), to stalking (jason curious and various models) to harrassment (that kid who got his college called, that producer who got evicted because of fake phone calls to his landlord)
and what of the fake 2257 complaints and fake irs complaints...
then you have his perjury in the case of his mother's eviction, the theft of services situation where he is living in government housing...
it just goes on and on. like my posts.
