Kruezer News:Claims copyright violation the reason for Hand J trial blog going private.

With the recent privatizing of the H and J trial blog Damon has chimed in on the reasons that he thinks PC took his blog down. now I do not know what the reason is and I do not presume to know why. I am sure that PC will inform us of his reasons soon enough. But I just think it is funny that Damon will go off on a tangent as soon as he thinks he finds something that he thinks is news.

KRUEZER WINS ONE FOR THE TRUTH AND FOR JOURNALISTIC ETHICS: AFTER GorgeousBoys.com webmaster MARK WILSON MADE HIS LAPSES KNOWN, HandJTrial blogger PC LEARNS AN IMPORTANT LESSON AT DAMON'S HANDS

The Harlow and Joe trial blogger known as "PC" has long irritated and offended us by his air of entitlement, obvious hidden agenda, and his attitude of arrogant dismissiveness to anyone who dared to question his methods, sources or findings. PC's obvious self-aggrandizement in what we see as manipulating ratings for his blog and his associated heavy reliance on paid advertising tell part of the story. For the past year he's become fairly well known as a source about the Kocis-Cuadra-Kerekes trial while refusing to acknowledge the well documented fact that it was DAMON and not PC who conducted the very last interview with Harlow and Joe the day before their arrests in May 2007. Adding injury to insult, PC made a point out of what we allege to be harassment of ourselves (and others) in regard to specious claims of copyright infringement, despite PC himself being forced to take down John Roecker's here! TV Cuadra interview transcripts from his HandJTrial blog on copyright infringement grounds. Most recently PC clashed severely with Mark Wilson, owner of the Gorgeous Boys network of connected sites, a fast rising source of news, information and social networking. So severely in fact Wilson severed ties with him, for excellent and well justified reasons. Kudos to Wilson for that.

DAMON noting the contretemps with Wilson, and after looking again at our PC archive full of contemptuous, nonfactual and negative material, decided with MARC's help to enlarge on the Roecker precedent and make certain publications aware of what we believe is PC's flagrant and hypocritical practice of copyright infringement. What's good for the goose is indeed good for the gander, don't you think?

Now our efforts have borne fruit. PC has taken down all of the links to all of the reference material on his blog and has gone private in what we are reliably informed is another, more serious copyright issue.

Draw your own conclusions in this matter. For MARC and DAMON, we have Chesire cat smiles on our faces, as an arrogant adversary has been taught an important lesson. A lesson based entirely on proveable fact, not hearsay, speculation or outright fabrication as with our own critics. Let the word go forth: If you make a claim or accusation of wrongdoing, be prepared to prove it with evidence that can be independently vetted. If you don't have such evidence, then you may offer your opinion AS OPINION to those who ask it - but you may NOT force it upon those who have NOT asked in an attempt to interfere with others' rights of commerce and association. Are we clear about that? You know who you are. Let the results of the PC dossier speak for themselves. The time of toleration for outright business interference and unwarranted personal defamation is over.

These are the words from, Damon's latest post. Seems he is busy patting himself on the back for another supposed victory. We here at the truth squad are investigating these allegations and we will be sure to keep you posted. So far no word from PC.

Damon Kruezer dislocates shoulder patting himself on the back

In a sad and unfortunate incident Cyberstalker nominated blogger Damon Kruezer dislocated his shoulder in a freak self congratulatory incident. Witnesses say that it happened when he was patting himself on the back after he posted about Harlow Cuadra's plea deal only to be found wrong again. It seems that Joe had the deal all along. Damon has been going off on a tangent quite a bit lately with the republication of the hoax letters that Joe and Harlow sent him and harping on the "last Interview" that Joe and Harlow ever did.

Funny thing is that I hear that a certain blogger was on the phone with them when they were pulled over the day that they were arrested and he never made a big stink about it. Looks like there may be a trip to a new country for Damon in the near future with him getting so much wrong and correcting his page several times a day to cover his latest screw up. He is lashing out at other reporters of the truth like they have done something wrong because they were right with what they reported. Damon really needs to get better sources because the ones he is using are so far off that they could not tell you what the weather was if they were outside.

He is in serious accusatory mode again and that means an impending breakdown is evident. With his latest incident of dislocating his shoulder causing him to miss out on the real news of the Kocis case. While he is busy harping about a nonexistent book deal again makes you wonder what is really going on at Kruezer enterprises. Looks like he is reviving some of his alters and getting them ready for an all out assault on anyone who does not agree with his crap.

He is ranting about PC's blog and Elmysterio and Dewayne's blogs when it is obvious that he is not allowed to post on any of them for the very same reason that he is not allowed to post on the Atkol forums . Spam abuse is what Damon is known for and he did it to Cybersocket and he will do it again and the sooner that everyone realizes that the better. He thinks it is a badge of honor that he was nominated well I would not take that award if they begged me too. Because to have Damon Kruezer linked to it makes that award loose all of it's prestige.

Also looks like the Times Leader has taken an interest in my little blog. they have not written anything about it just yet but they were lurking in the background. Who knows maybe they are going to do a feature piece on Kentie and needed some background info.

Update: Here is that latest sack of crap that Damon is peddling must be nice to have so many people feeding you all that up to date info Kentie? Love the piece on Mason Wyler funny thing is we have all processed through that already. Catch up Kentie we already know who is paying Harlow's attorneys too. Good lord get a grip and get some decent intel. I'm sure if you ask real nice Paul Barrasi might help you with some juicy dirt on someone that could actually be correct.

Update: Yet another update from dear Kentie. In his attempt to remain relevant he has posted more of his unfiltered crap. Hey Kentie crap is still crap whether you filter it or not. Get some real news and post about that. You know like the bust up at Eurocreme, Now that is news. or how about the California escort who it appears did a killing eerily similar too the one in PA 2 years ago. What happened to your San Francisco sources?

Update: More deranged rants form Quincy how cool that he thinks that he has some news to print. Damon' claim as the voice of the night people is to funny and his turbo hype to get votes is just sad. I guess he will try to make anything news. even facts that he does not have.

Update: Damon speaks to Jose Cuervo and gets the latest dirt on Harlow. Seems that Damon was told that Harlow is not going down for a crime he did not commit. I say good for Harlow but bad for Damon. His misdirected lies and bad Intel have proven to be wrong again. Looks like Twinkscape did not have their big launch tonight after all and they moved it to Friday? Funny how Damon did not correct his page to show this. It appears he is slipping again. Hope that shoulder heals real soon Damon I know how bad you want to pat yourself on the back.

Seems to me that Damon might want to fact check the people he steals info from. Looks like the Timesleader made a little mistake or did Damon for stealing from them. Seems Pike and Centini were Joe's attorneys ans Senape and Menn were Harlow's but I guess that is Parr for the course since Damon is always wrong even when he steals news.

I guess the truth is ugly, especially when you don''t know it.

Update: Damon sticking to his guns with his latest "story" seems that he is claiming to be close to Harlow's family and is using them to get information on the case. What will he not stoop to in his attempt to be a somebody in the world of "news reporting". His lead story is pushing the latest release from Angel and Brad. What is that all about. now he is kissing their asses after a year long smear campaign. I guess he is just glad to get something to report on that won't blow up in his face. Of course he has to say something negative about Brad though it just would not be Damon if he did not. .

It is official that Kent Barclay AKA Damon Kruezer lied about the copy of Angel's video in his possesion. Why am I not shocked by that. Hey Kentie looks like more egg on your face ;-)
