Xbiz reacts to the lies and fraud

After all of the big talk by Damon Kruezer about his new found credibility as a "Cybersocket nominated Journalist" he is going to be facing his biggest challenge yet. There is a industry wide back lash heading his way. A porn tsunami of sorts. It looks like several of the models that a certain Internet stalker has proclaimed as his friends are about to come clean with the truth. It seems that with the investigation about vote fraud in the Cybersocket awards nomination process and the nominees being corrected that a great amount of attention has been placed on Kruezer at night. I has also come to the attention of several police agencies that he is running an online extortion scheme. With the lies that were proven recently there is a great deal of distrust regarding him.

It also would appear that a certain European bareback porn studio is pondering the question of suing him for slander. Several other porn agencies are thinking about a class action suit as well. It would appear that his Internet stalking days are coming to an end. Several of the award committees are comparing notes and asking about IP addresses to confirm whether it is in fact true that he was spamming the voting process

With the unprovoked attacks that he has been known for and the models that have been effected by it the industry has a no Damon policy in place and any model that is caught communicating with him will no longer be welcome. In closed meetings after the Cybersocket awards many in the industry have expressed concern about his activities and have decided to all band together and do away with this Internet cancer.


"In the last year the Don’t speak of and ignore campaign has not seemed to work he has just gotten more viral" says the rep of a major studio who spoke to me off the record. "There is a real problem with the private lives of the models being used as fodder for his blackmail schemes." He goes on to say "There are several models whose lives have been damaged by this guy and they are all feed up." "With that Cybersocket award nomination he thinks he can become legitimate, well he is wrong about that, there is a investigation into the nomination process".

I was also told off the record by a representative of a "Internet billing company" that there will be a email campaign to re-email all of the voters and a confirmation email is required back. The returned email is going to a secure server with the latest in IP address checking software. This will in effect weed out all of the fake emails and it also has the ability to check for IP spoofing. It is a test for the porn studios and Internet companies to prove how viable this technology is. Right now it is a pilot program and once the results are in it is going to be used for all Internet voting in the future. It was developed by one of the Internet pay companies to avoid the use of fake credit cards and email spamming. Internet fraud is no joke it cost companies billions every year and the porn industry is being very proactive about it.

So it would appear that the work of the Truth Squad is not in vain, the powers that be are listening. And they are taking action too. How cool is that. I personally have received emails from several people with regards to this problem and have promised to keep doing what I am doing to help bring an end to this cancer.

It is a well know fact that Damon Kruezer has no standing in the Gay porn community. With his latest embarrassment with the Cybersockets he still is trying to portray himself as someone who can help a new model. News Flash: It appears that Damon was a no show at the Cybersocket awards since no one saw him there. At this time it has not been confirmed if he was there so we shall consider it a no show. A statement on his webpage says that he altered his appearance to avoid detection and entered the awards ceremony thru a side door.

This is a perfect example of why the truth squad was formed. To correct the lies that Damon is spreading on his website. let us take this one for example.

Dewayne has never made the claims that he is a agent of Brent Corrigan. Dewayne clearly stated his position on that subject. Damon even admits it himself in this statement with a added bit a salacious slander added for good measure.Well at least DeWayne avoided any possible accusation of perjury by FINALLY coming clean about his claimed status in DMCA notices, and we certainly enjoyed his finely honed rationalization that he doesn't speak for Brent Corrigan editorially but DOES act as his DMCA enforcer in exchange for Brent Corrigan's no-longer-boyish and well used charms.

This is a perfect example of how Damon operates with double talk and misdirected logic. Damon is trying to remove attention from the fact that he has lied and been caught. Dewayne has never claimed to be an expert on the Joe and Harlow case. None of us have, only you Damon. Dewayne is not on a witness list for this case and neither am I nor you for that matter. You have tried repeatedly to inject yourself in to this case from the very beginning and have been foiled at every turn.

A fascinating comment about Gay-on-Gay Discrimination, Jealous Rivals and their sock puppets, and posers who impersonate others and use multiple online IDs who then accuse others of the very same in an attempt to misdirect and obfuscate the facts...as DeWayne in SD is forced by DAMON to admit that he's a copyright agent for Brent Corrigan on an ostensibly compensated basis, making DeWayne's claim of being a "neutral party" or an "independent blogger" without an agenda null and void, don't you think? Just a mouthpiece and a tool DeWayne is...utterly without credibility.

Here is another one of Damon's delusional statements. if you notice it is really just a repeat of the previous statement with more crap added to enforce what Damon thinks is his point. Damon is claiming that we are out to get him because he is gay. Now that is total bullshit. No one is mad at you for being gay Damon. We are mad at you for being a liar and a fraud and con artist. What really has Damon upset when he claims that others are using multiple online Id's is that we just out smarted him at his own game. Matthew Marc and Jon were born on this blog out of desperation by Damon so he could have someone too sing his praises when his other alters were taken over. As I said earlier in this post Dewayne explained about the Brent Corrigan thing. The only one who has a credibility issue is you Damon.

One must wonder what GRANT ROY thinks about THAT arrangement, and one must also wonder if anyone will take DeWayne seriously any more?

The fact is Grant agrees with Dewayne about the pictures that you used on your website with out authorization. As Far as Dewayne being taken seriously I really don’t think that will be a problem. Update: Damon Kruezer is busted for fraudulent posting on Just One Hot minute. It seems that Damon will never learn. Also DAMON's OUTRAGE AT THE GRABBYS CO-HOST SELECTION PROCESS: WAS THE KRUEZER ROBBED DUE TO LAST-SECOND CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT SKEWED THE RESULT? It would seem that Damon Kruezer is challenging his doubters to a video interview. What is funny is that he is demanding money for it. What is strange is that he is also hinting for a donation from John Roecker. He is trying to get him to sponsor his trip to Harlow's trial. Damon thinks that he did John Roecker a favor by getting PC forced to remove the Harlow interview transcripts. Why would Damon, Who claims to be so flush with all of the different activities that he is involved in tell someone that he needed to raise the money for a trip to Harlow's trial? Why after nearly two years is he still harping on a "interview" with 1 convicted Joe Kerekes. Everyone knows that Joe did all the talking in that relationship. Why is Damon trying to weasel some money from John Roecker for telling him about the transcript?

Fact: PC posted that interview transcript and it was removed on the 29th of January.

Fact: I did a post on that same day saying that Damon would take credit for it.

Fact: Damon sent a email to John Roecker on the 31st of January mentioning how his pointers helped him get his copyrighted work removed.

Fact: Damon Lied he had nothing to do with it, he is just trying to take credit for something that he was not involved in.

Cybersocket nominated blogger Damon Kruezer has a meltdown

This is my response to Damon Kruezer from Kameron Scott’s blog "Just one hot minute". I did not want to pollute Kameron’s blog with anymore discussion of Damon Kruezer. So I am posting it here. It seems like Damon is pissed at me but he can not come here and say that so he is attacking Angel and Brad because he lied and was caught in it. What does that make at least 3 big ones this week? There would probably be more if he was not so busy trying to cover his tracks from the ones that he has been busted for. You can read Damon’s latest crap here.

UPDATE on ASG and Brad Star in response to dozens of queries:
Regarding Angel Hernandez d/b/a Angel’s Slut Garden, there are NO restrictions involving "fair use" of ANY publicity photos/graphics or promotional materials sent to KRUEZER AT NIGHT last year, this year or furnished subsequently by Angel Hernandez, Brad Star, or any representative of ASG such as Drew and Frank.
I’m sure DeWayne in SD will back me up on that, given his extensive use of promotional materials that once given to a site for promotional use, cannot be rescinded, especially in the case of a retail video boxcover which is the very definition of a "graphic quotation". Angel trying to claim otherwise is just so foolish when he should be glad his video is getting the publicity it so desperately needs in a saturated market, especially with MAJOR questions about the true identity of its boxcover star, who may not be Brad Star at all.

Face it Damon no one sent you anything you took that picture from Angels Blog and cropped it. You know it and I know it and everybody else knows it. As far as promotional material that other sites are sent that is just it they are sent the material you are not. You snoop around other blogs and try to claim that you had it first.
Just like you claiming that Harlow was pleading out in the Kocis case. You publish that letter that Joe sent you and you try to change the original meaning of the letter. Damon you and I both know what the intent of that letter was as well as the letter that Harlow sent you. You are fooling no one but yourself if you think anybody believes your crap.
They punked you and you could not deal with it.

You used that letter to say that Joe was innocent and that he had nothing to do with all of the stuff that happened. But it was actually Joe who pleads guilty after your big build up of going to PA to help with his defense. Then in an attempt to cover yourself you claim that you were right but Harlow changed his mind. Plus the big switch up to Mason Wyler and claiming that you had the truth about his rape when you stole that from another web site and claimed that you found it. Yet you post it 2 days later and call it breaking news, typical Damon Kruezer!

Regarding SOUTH BEACH DIARIES, and our comments about it in my exclusive first look yesterday, Marc, Jon, Gary and I are enjoying watching the "rough cut" DVD of SOUTH BEACH DIARIES, which was sent us by someone working within ASG Entertainment on their own initiative. The completely finished version is to be retail released later this month. It is common industry practice - as Kam Scott can tell you - for influential opinion leaders to be sent the "rough edit" version of a new movie in advance of the final edit retail release in order to build buzz and anticipation about the movie.

Plain and simple Damon you are lying. Don’t try and use Kameron as your back up because he knows you are lying as well. Damon you live in Quincy Mass, and you live with your mother. You might call her Marc but her real name is Barbara and she is not your boyfriend. Marc does not exist and if he does his face changes weekly. How many different pictures have you used claiming that they were Marc? KRUEZER AT NIGHT is looking into this and performing due diligence, and will report our findings in due time.

Damon this proves exactly what I just said, you don’t have any readers who email you. All of that is made up and used to push your agenda of lies. Just like your last stunt with a Cobra Video box cover that you were busted for before you could start your lies the same thing happened here. You hate Angel and Brad because you could not get what you wanted from them so you started your little smear campaign against them.

You did it with Matthew Rush, Brent Corrigan, Joe and Harlow and Mark Dalton. You even claimed that you were Mark Dalton’s manager. When you got busted you claimed that you had the right to promotional materials for their video but the fact is you missed the point. It was not about the promotional material it was about the blatant lie that you claimed to have seen a movie that has not yet been released and that no promotional material was sent to any journalists.

You just don’t seem to get that part of it. Then in an attempt to cover your lie you put up the big smoke screen to hide the fact that you lied. When that did not work you decided to go on the attack and create emails from fictitious fans that are concerned with "Brad’s appearance". That was your angle all along to berate Brad Star and make it look like you had some hot new news story.

"Photoshopped pictures and some lame story that Brad might have some kind of problem". Funny thing is the only web site that has reported any of that shit is you and that is because it is all based in your lies for the past year and a half.

Big Fat liar

It seems that Damon has done it again.

Damon Kruerzer you totally missed the point of Angel's message to you about the box cover that he posted on his blog tonight. You can see the post here. Damon claims that some "fan" of his in New Jersey sent it to him and that he had seen the movie. He even did a quasi review of it and included the names of Kameron Scott and JRL Charts and Dark Alley Media in his lie. The funny thing is that Angel says that he has not even received his own copy of the DVD and that he did not send out any press material on the DVD at the time that Damon had posted his lie.

Damon clearly went to Angel's Blog and stole that picture and cropped it in an attempt to look connected seemingly forgetting that he has been attacking Angel and Brad for the past year.

What is Damon going to do now claim amnesia and say that he does not remember the last year?

I don't think that is a option because he is also trying to use some email that claims that Angel "sent" him as proof that he has the right to take from Angel and Brad and use it as he sees fit. We all know just how accurate those emails are that Damon posts on his blog are now don't we. It looks like his stunt might be a cause for Dark Alley Media to sever ties with him since he his trying to suck them up into his lie.

That won't fly old toothless one you flat out lied in that post and claim that you have a copy of the DVD that has not even been released and that some "fan" of yours sent it to you. This is just like the claim you made about Bryan Kocis having a beta copy of Windows Vista.

Just like the claim that you have a book deal or was it a DVD deal for Joe and Harlow's story.

Just like the claim that you were the last person to interview Joe and Harlow before their arrest in 2007. I could go on with the list of your greatest hits but I'm sure everyone gets the point. I wonder if Patrick Terpstra will return your phone calls.

Damon your attempt to be something that you are not is what has given proof to your lie. You put the time that you posted this on your post as well as the date and just to be on the safe side you created a "fan" and attributed the post to "Marc" who does not exist. So what does that say about you Damon? Then you can not delete the post and deny it because I have a copy of that post and all of your other recent lies and everyone can see the truth with out even going to your technicolor trash page.

To me it says that you are a chicken shit liar and you have no connections in the business you claim to be apart of. You have lied so much that you don't even know when you are lying. Cybersocket noninated blogger has a melt down

It seems that due to the pressure of his recent nomination for a cybersocket award, Damon and his fictitious boyfriend Marc are on a Internet tirade of sorts attacking everyone he has recently written a story about. I personally feel left out of it all because I have a blog that never says anything nice about Damon but he chooses to ignore me. Why is that, does he not want to play with me anymore? Is he scared of the truth that I speak with regards to his lies? Well anyway this is the latest update from his Techicolor trash page.

Damon Kruezer is still claiming to be the avatar of the Gay Community where he thinks that he has some standing and that he is trusted as a source of news and gossip but the truth is he is just a nasty lonely old man who has no friends and no readers of his technicolor trash page. He is not above using threats and blackmail to get what he wants and he has used his arsenal of hate to scare and intimidate those who will not do his bidding. Well we at the truth Squad are right on his hills with the truth about all that he claims and we will rebut all his lies with the truth.

Damon is riding high on the fact that he has a cybersocket nomination. The fact is he nominated himself. Damon is a prolific spammer and that has been proven on several blogs and forums. He is banned from so many that it is hard to name them all. He posts under several aliases and he makes threats and always extols the virtues of himself,(dead giveaway) he can not help himself. Damon in his lust for glory has just devalued the cybersocket awards.

Two things that really stand out about Kruezer is that for all the noise and accusations, there's not a single court case, conviction or restraining order his critics can point to. Everything they say about him is strictly "according to me or my friend blah blah". NOT what you'd call convincing, hard evidence.
The other thing I notice is that he sets trends, leads opinions, and can make or break a model's stardom. Just looking at Brodie Sinclair who was basically washed up until Kruezer transformed him 4 months ago into something hot and marketable again.
Including being very popular on that rental site.
Word is Kruezer's arranging all his "dates" and getting 30% of everything Sinclair makes. Not just for videos.
So Kruezer is laughing at his critics all the way to the bank since all their talk has only succeeded in driving up his Alexa ratings past 2 of his major rivals, provably just like he says tonite.
One smart cookie Damon is. And his director and model buds apparently love him, so go figure.

The "journalist" in question is a bitter rival, and the author of R19.
We just LOVE selective use of facts to promote a hate site whose Alexa rating is in the 2 million range.
In other words, no one cares what the jealous rival thinks, the attention and the Alexa ratings are going to Kruezer.
It is vox populi that Kruezer is one of the biggest talents - and targets - we've seen in a while. The fact so many of us know who he is and get involved in this thread show how major of a gay media figure he is.
And yes R20, he's now acting as an agent. Doing quite well by all accounts despite the self-appointed "watchdogs" which makes me giggle. Who appointed them or empowered them to watchdog anyone?

Those who know the man personally or who have done bizness w/him have nothing but good things to say.
And he knows the biggest names behind the camera as well as in front of it.
I've been a fan of Kruezer for years because he does present the other side of the coin, unfiltered news and gossip, that his rivals can't or won't.
And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 2 scenes he directed with the twinks and the toys now playing on the VOD sites, you can tell which ones by his "associate producer" credit using a variation of his real name. Awesomely hot scenes!

There seems to be a real agenda to marginalize Kruezer going on here, but after looking into it, I think he's far more influential than some posters think.
For example, I've noticed that within a day or two of giving a big buildup to a model or video, the other websites just happen to cover the same model or movie they usually never mentioned before.
Also, the trends he descrys in gay culture often prove to be spot-on accurate, as in his championing of the All American frat jock look for models as opposed to the heavily tattooed and pierced look.
I understand that he played a major role behind the scenes in the recent merger of the two biggest gay talent agents, both of whom he's done work for.
Now he's determined to expose a couple of models who owe him and his chief financial benefactor big money as the liars and frauds they palpably are.
And he appears to have some special insights about the Bryan Kocis murder case at whose hearings July 8th he's said to appear, after helping to launch a new twink movie by interviewing one of its stars.
Not too shabby for someone certain posters claim is of no importance.
The truth is so much more interesting than the attempts to put him down.

Just checked and saw that there are no charges against him and no cases pending anywhere for any reason. So the accusations so loudly touted are made up of smoke and mirrors. The people who made them up have a hidden agenda it seems. I have to wonder WHO is really so afraid of him and WHY, and NO it's not because of any of the stuff mentioned. This Rich Sternberg guy mentioned asked for and received over $1000 from Kruezer by his own admission, so what's his damage? Obviously a tool.
Those of us following this ongoing mystery think it's all tied in with what Kruezer is really doing below the radar with all the changes he seems to be initiating in the gay vid industry. It seems he's made certain models stars and now he seems to be working with that college wrestler to further his career in softcore gay video, which seems to make a lot of sense now that the cat's out of the bag. Clearly Kruezer is a major figure since even his enemies admitted he knows everyone who matters including big names like Todd Montgomery and Chris Steele and Paul Barresi and all those models he interviews.
So now Kruezer has a thread with over 50 posts to it, and not one of the accusations has been proven or been brought to any court, while Kruezer continues to work for his agenda and apparently the agenda of the people paying him. Many of us think it's Kruezer who's actually the dominant influence in the gay industry, especially when we see repeated instances of people he talks about and news he initiates being imitated by others a few days later...the very same rivals who diss him plagiarize from him all the time. It's true, check it.
All I can say is I'm looking forward to meeting him when he makes an appearance at Micky's in West Hollywood when it reopens in a few months. It seems he and Caleb Carter are working to promote that new website Cover Code & I wouldn't be surprised if that was a joint project by Kruezer and Carter, whaddaya think?
Seems he's involved with the Bryan Kocis murder trial defendants too, he interviewed them the day before they were charged & I hear he's working hard very quietly to get one of them out of jail and eventually released into his custody. The cute younger one I hope!
Now let's watch and see the haters jump in and claim this was written by Kruezer like they say about everything. Get over yourselves bitches, the man has fans he's developed over 10 years in the biz and I'm one of them! Now where's my drink? Deal!

Kruezer has been more a friend to H and J than any of you. If he wants self-aggrandizement, fine. A lot of agents do. So do a lot of lawyers. It's part of being a great advocate. Frankly, although I have no interest in gay porn at all, I find DK's writing style, in general, quite readable and entertaining, although I would prefer a different formatting style. His spelling and grammar are proper (no "their" and "they're" confusion and no misuse of apostrophes in pluralization) and is otherwise fully literate. Yeah, people who like to read give points for that.As far as DK's postings relating to Harlow Cuadra and Joe Kerekes, if I were one of their attorneys, I would be incredibly annoyed with anyone who said, "Yeah, the letter was a hoax. I TALKED TO HARLOW AND JOE WITH A FEW OTHER PEOPLE AND IT WAS PLANNED." At this point, I have to wonder if you guys have been put up to this by the D.A.'s office or by people who actually are ex-clients of Harlow and Joe. You actually publicly proclaimed that these two guys, who are separately imprisoned, are in communication with each other and, therefore, can discuss testimony and tactics using you as emissaries. Could this come up at trial? Yeah, it could. It's not a good thing. If you actually care about Harlow and Joe, cut it out. If you can't support Kruezer, then donate money to the defense. If you can't donate money, then you come up with a scenario which points a finger at anyone but your friends as the killers. DO SOMETHING POSITIVE. Knocking Kruezer, who has been the only person to say, "Wait a minute, these guys don't truly have a motive to do such a thing, but maybe a powerful client does" is just plain stupid, that is, IF you are truly friends of Harlow and Joe, who are about to be tried for MURDER, not Internet hoaxes or sock puppet posting. Damon is just spamtastic but then again when you live off of the government in senior housing on your mothers dime what else do you have to do but stalk all of those who have what you want and desire, a life.

There are more delusional rantings by this lunatic out there but I don't have the time nor desire to go about searching for anymore of his manic rantings. The fact is that CYBERSOCKET was duped by this liar and they failed to heed the warnings by so many who know the truth. I guess it is they're loss. They were warned. (click here) He comes out with some lame story to be told tonight which was also to be told last night and the night before that, that he has not yet been told . It would seem that with his new found fame and an award nomination and all that he would really report on some more topical news. But alas he does not and that would be because he does not have any "new" news. All he has is the little tidbits of info that he has stolen from other websites or that he got from his "sources". You know those little voices that he hears in his head.

But it is always the same old rehashed stories on a daily basis. How he is friends with Paul Barraisi and how Falcon did Paul wrong or it is a attack on Angel Skye and Brad Star or he is claiming that he discovered some new twink model who has been in the business for 2 years. apparently he thinks the world is stupid and we don't see through his cloud of bullshit.

He will remove his latest opus when he realizes he was wrong just like he always does and hope that we forget that he ever said it but the truth is, it will always be here. Just like several of the other claims that he has made that were not true or even slightly based in fact. How sad is it that he had to spam the Cybersocket nominations to get nominated just like he has spammed so many of our blogs and forums to spread his lies. Damon face it you can not hide from the truth.
