No one in Luzerne County appears to be claiming that they did an investigation and found that Bryan Kocis' business records were missing.
So, Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes are being charged with stealing and destroying Bryan Kocis' business records. However, Cobra Video is still in business. What's up with that?
Since the FBI admits that it will accept electronic 2257 records, either:
a) Cobra Video's 2257 Records were not destroyed; or
b) There are electronic copies of Cobra Video's 2257 Records that were not destroyed...as THE KRUEZER has been telling you all along. Remember that USB flash drive?

Lee was doing this behind Sean and Grants backs and he is now quaking in his boots from the fear of a possible civil suit because of it. Lee could loose everything because of this.
