YM: Name one of the companies that you "directed" VOD scene for and where can they be found? Are you credited? Is this the truth? DK: Regarding the most excellent Kam…Kameron Scott interviewed with me first in the industry earlier this year, and he interviewed with me again last week, the full text of which (at least the part he gave me permission to publish prior to the press release) will come out on Tuesday. Kam also prominently references me and links to my site in this post, and is additionally linked in on various social networking sites. Those are the facts and an impersonating liar like Yves Mignon cannot twist them to make it appear otherwise.

DK: Right now I’m just enjoying listening to Angel Skye realize the necessity of his calling me yesterday and basically admit he has no case because there are no proveable damages, and that his current strategy is nothing more than a bid for publicity he doesn’t have to pay for. In the future I will be sure to get my Publicist fee up front if he ever calls upon my services again, although it was sweet to hear him admit no one would even know his name now if it were not for the promo and interviews last year I did with him.
VERDICT: Angel is an ungrateful, manipulative little twit with multiple personalities and delusions of grandeur. He will fail without my help and I am going to let him do just that by housecleaning my site from any further mention of him or his latest company in response to the many, many suggestions from readers and clients.

YM: If Angel does not mean anything to you then why is he always the topic of you Cyberstalker nominated web site? Damon you have some nerve claiming that someone has multiple personalities. You have been posting here as Vann, you posted on my blog as Yves, Troy Halston, Matthew Marc and Jon just to name a few and I have a post here dedicated to all of the different alters that you use. Damon your help is what you hope will make Angel fail. Which I might add is your intention. Just like the careers of anybody else that you have touched they are eternally tainted by the stench that is you.

Kam is smart enough to let his ACTIONS tell the story and not get involved in other people’s dramas, while benefiting from his prominent mention on my Cybersocket Award-nominated site.


YM: I will say this about Kam he has stayed out of this fight and it is wise that he does. Because if he ever did say a negative thing about you he would be in the same situation as many other models who have spoken out against you. Headlines on that hate site you call a webpage with lies being told about him.

Update 12/21/2008 Damon Kruezer seems to have removed some of the pictures that he has posted I guess that means that he is scared of the repercussions that are to come. Why would he be so ignorant as to persist in this lie that he has a copy of a DVD that no one else has. He calls himself a journalist and a director but I have never heard of anything that he directed and the only writing credit that I know of is that heavily edited piece on Zed Atlas for DNA Magazine. Yet he persists in cyberstalking Angel and Brad and making up new lies as he goes along. when will he learn that no one believes any of the shit he posts. Love the latest batch of emails he posted from "fans"on his blog. but we all know how reliable a email on that blog is don't we. well anyway here is his latest work
Update 12/20/2008 Damon Kruezer seems to be backing down from his position on using Angel and Brad's "promotional material" on his blog. I wonder what caused this sudden change for Damon? Could it be the threat of legal action and the fact that there is documented evidence of his actions? Who knows what Damon's reasons are and lets see if this is in turn true. I wont believe it until I read it on Angel's blog.
As to Brad being "strung out" and not eating I guess I would be too if I had some serial cyberstalker talking about my every move and lying about it. In an amazing blog encounter last night Damon and I had a discussion and here is how it went. Damon has been posting on Kameron Scott's blog Just one hot Minute. And he is discussing his greatness and how we should all worship him. I feel honored to post this here. This is my answer to his comment over there. Oh and here is Damon's latest blog post as well. Seems that Damon just can't admit failure, how sad is that. Run it in the ground Damon you do that so well. Oh I almost forgot to mention that Damon has a new alias by the name of Vann. He came to the defense of Damon just like all of the rest of his alters, to and proclaimed Damon's Greatness. It is so strikingly similar to some of the other comments that I have read by his "fans".

Yves Mignon does not provide a valid email address or phone number and the name was used for 3 years by the REAL Yves in San Francisco before this PHONY Yves manifested himself. All of the impersonator’s accusations are backed with ZERO verification of any kind. Ditto Jo-Ann, another jealous rival of mine trying to drag my deceased mother into his rant.



Damon you have yet to prove that I am not the real Yves Mignon, as far as imposter's go you are one of the biggest. As far as my "accusations" go they are based in fact. Something that you know very little about since you so seldom use them. As far as your dead mother goes I’m sorry to hear she died, but she is in a better place. Kam Scott brought me into this topic by basing it on my report which has since been picked up by everyone of note, so how anyone can say he’s not linked to my site is beyond me. DeWayne does provide the hardcore trailers of Kam’s movies that do not match my site’s target audience, and that is just fine with TEAM KRUEZER since our demographic is considerably different than DeWayne’s.

Kam Scott might have read about Mason on your site but it was not your report. That came from Dallas and you had nothing to do with it. Damon your website is not linked here so get over it. As far as Dewayne goes he does have a target audience who read his blog and he does report on what is going on in porn. As far as you target audience you don’t have one. You repeat the same hate stories over and over about the same people that you continue to terrorize.

It’s hard work being one of the TOP 20 Gay News sites as certified by JRL and Quantcast, and being nominated for Best Blog by Cybersocket, but as we have seen Angel’s protests about that and his bitching about legitimate use of the video boxcover have only succeeded in making him look like an utter fool and a very bad businessman.

Damon if there were only 20 gay porn news sites you still would not be in the top 20. You lied and spammed cybersocket to get that nomination with all of the aliases you use and the 1000 fake email addresses you have. So I guess that would be the hard work part of it. As far as Angels protests go about you and the "Video" you claim to have they are warranted. As far as the "box cover" that you claim you were sent by someone, that is a lie just like everything you type. Oh yeah at least Angel is a businessman unlike you.

Funny that you mention DeWaynes site you claimed that he was using the computers at his job to post it and you have also made reference to his site on numerous occasions because he actually has a site with relevant information. Cybersocket nominated blogger Damon Kruezer has a meltdown

This is my response to Damon Kruezer from Kameron Scott’s blog "Just one hot minute". I did not want to pollute Kameron’s blog with anymore discussion of Damon Kruezer. So I am posting it here. It seems like Damon is pissed at me but he can not come here and say that so he is attacking Angel and Brad because he lied and was caught in it. What does that make at least 3 big ones this week? There would probably be more if he was not so busy trying to cover his tracks from the ones that he has been busted for. You can read Damon’s latest crap here.

UPDATE on ASG and Brad Star in response to dozens of queries:
Regarding Angel Hernandez d/b/a Angel’s Slut Garden, there are NO restrictions involving "fair use" of ANY publicity photos/graphics or promotional materials sent to KRUEZER AT NIGHT last year, this year or furnished subsequently by Angel Hernandez, Brad Star, or any representative of ASG such as Drew and Frank.
I’m sure DeWayne in SD will back me up on that, given his extensive use of promotional materials that once given to a site for promotional use, cannot be rescinded, especially in the case of a retail video boxcover which is the very definition of a "graphic quotation". Angel trying to claim otherwise is just so foolish when he should be glad his video is getting the publicity it so desperately needs in a saturated market, especially with MAJOR questions about the true identity of its boxcover star, who may not be Brad Star at all.

Face it Damon no one sent you anything you took that picture from Angels Blog and cropped it. You know it and I know it and everybody else knows it. As far as promotional material that other sites are sent that is just it they are sent the material you are not. You snoop around other blogs and try to claim that you had it first.
Just like you claiming that Harlow was pleading out in the Kocis case. You publish that letter that Joe sent you and you try to change the original meaning of the letter. Damon you and I both know what the intent of that letter was as well as the letter that Harlow sent you. You are fooling no one but yourself if you think anybody believes your crap.

You used that letter to say that Joe was innocent and that he had nothing to do with all of the stuff that happened. But it was actually Joe who pleads guilty after your big build up of going to PA to help with his defense. Then in an attempt to cover yourself you claim that you were right but Harlow changed his mind. Plus the big switch up to Mason Wyler and claiming that you had the truth about his rape when you stole that from another web site and claimed that you found it. Yet you post it 2 days later and call it breaking news, typical Damon Kruezer!

Regarding SOUTH BEACH DIARIES, and our comments about it in my exclusive first look yesterday, Marc, Jon, Gary and I are enjoying watching the "rough cut" DVD of SOUTH BEACH DIARIES, which was sent us by someone working within ASG Entertainment on their own initiative. The completely finished version is to be retail released later this month. It is common industry practice - as Kam Scott can tell you - for influential opinion leaders to be sent the "rough edit" version of a new movie in advance of the final edit retail release in order to build buzz and anticipation about the movie.

Plain and simple Damon you are lying. Don’t try and use Kameron as your back up because he knows you are lying as well. Damon you live in Quincy Mass, and you live with your mother. You might call her Marc but her real name is Barbara and she is not your boyfriend. Marc does not exist and if he does his face changes weekly. How many different pictures have you used claiming that they were Marc? KRUEZER AT NIGHT is looking into this and performing due diligence, and will report our findings in due time.

Damon this proves exactly what I just said, you don’t have any readers who email you. All of that is made up and used to push your agenda of lies. Just like your last stunt with a Cobra Video box cover that you were busted for before you could start your lies the same thing happened here. You still insist on claiming that you have a "rough cut" copy of South Beach Diaries but the distributor does not have a copy nor do Angel or Brad. Yet you and "Marc" are enjoying a copy of the movie. Face it Damon you were caught in another lie, deal with that.

When you got busted you claimed that you had the right to promotional materials for their video but the fact is you missed the point. It was not about the promotional material it was about the blatant lie that you claimed to have seen a movie that has not yet been released and that no promotional material was sent to any journalists.

You just don’t seem to get that part of it. Then in an attempt to cover your lie you put up the big smoke screen to hide the fact that you lied. When that did not work you decided to go on the attack and create emails from fictitious fans that are concerned with "Brad’s appearance". That was your angle all along to berate Brad Star and make it look like you had some hot new news story.

"Photoshopped pictures and some lame story that Brad might have some kind of problem". Funny thing is the only web site that has reported any of that shit is you and that is because it is all based in your lies for the past year and a half.

Big Fat liar

It seems that Damon has done it again.

Damon Kruerzer you totally missed the point of Angel's message to you about the box cover that he posted on his blog tonight. You can see the post here. Damon claims that some "fan" of his in New Jersey sent it to him and that he had seen the movie. He even did a quasi review of it and included the names of Kameron Scott and JRL Charts and Dark Alley Media in his lie. The funny thing is that Angel says that he has not even received his own copy of the DVD and that he did not send out any press material on the DVD at the time that Damon had posted his lie.

Damon clearly went to Angel's Blog and stole that picture and cropped it in an attempt to look connected seemingly forgetting that he has been attacking Angel and Brad for the past year.

What is Damon going to do now claim amnesia and say that he does not remember the last year?

I don't think that is a option because he is also trying to use some email that claims that Angel "sent" him as proof that he has the right to take from Angel and Brad and use it as he sees fit. We all know just how accurate those emails are that Damon posts on his blog are now don't we. It looks like his stunt might be a cause for Dark Alley Media to sever ties with him since he his trying to suck them up into his lie.

That won't fly old toothless one you flat out lied in that post and claim that you have a copy of the DVD that has not even been released and that some "fan" of yours sent it to you. This is just like the claim you made about Bryan Kocis having a beta copy of Windows Vista.

Just like the claim that you have a book deal or was it a DVD deal for Joe and Harlow's story.

Just like the claim that you were the last person to interview Joe and Harlow before their arrest in 2007. I could go on with the list of your greatest hits but I'm sure everyone gets the point. I wonder if Patrick Terpstra will return your phone calls.

Damon your attempt to be something that you are not is what has given proof to your lie. You put the time that you posted this on your post as well as the date and just to be on the safe side you created a "fan" and attributed the post to "Marc" who does not exist. So what does that say about you Damon? Then you can not delete the post and deny it because I have a copy of that post and all of your other recent lies and everyone can see the truth with out even going to your technicolor trash page.

Damon Kruezer dislocates shoulder patting himself on the back

In a sad and unfortunate incident Cyberstalker nominated blogger Damon Kruezer dislocated his shoulder in a freak self congratulatory incident. Witnesses say that it happened when he was patting himself on the back after he posted about Harlow Cuadra's plea deal only to be found wrong again. It seems that Joe had the deal all along. Damon has been going off on a tangent quite a bit lately with the republication of the hoax letters that Joe and Harlow sent him and harping on the "last Interview" that Joe and Harlow ever did.

Funny thing is that I hear that a certain blogger was on the phone with them when they were pulled over the day that they were arrested and he never made a big stink about it. Looks like there may be a trip to a new country for Damon in the near future with him getting so much wrong and correcting his page several times a day to cover his latest screw up. He is lashing out at other reporters of the truth like they have done something wrong because they were right with what they reported. Damon really needs to get better sources because the ones he is using are so far off that they could not tell you what the weather was if they were outside.

He is in serious accusatory mode again and that means an impending breakdown is evident. With his latest incident of dislocating his shoulder causing him to miss out on the real news of the Kocis case. While he is busy harping about a nonexistent book deal again makes you wonder what is really going on at Kruezer enterprises. Looks like he is reviving some of his alters and getting them ready for an all out assault on anyone who does not agree with his crap.

He is ranting about PC's blog and Elmysterio and Dewayne's blogs when it is obvious that he is not allowed to post on any of them for the very same reason that he is not allowed to post on the Atkol forums . Spam abuse is what Damon is known for and he did it to Cybersocket and he will do it again and the sooner that everyone realizes that the better. He thinks it is a badge of honor that he was nominated well I would not take that award if they begged me too. Because to have Damon Kruezer linked to it makes that award loose all of it's prestige.

Update: Damon speaks to Jose Cuervo and gets the latest dirt on Harlow. Seems that Damon was told that Harlow is not going down for a crime he did not commit. I say good for Harlow but bad for Damon. Seems to me that Damon might want to fact check the people he steals info from. Looks like the Timesleader made a little mistake or did Damon for stealing from them. Update: Damon sticking to his guns with his latest "story" seems that he is claiming to be close to Harlow's family and is using them to get information on the case. What will he not stoop to in his attempt to be a somebody in the world of "news reporting". His lead story is pushing the latest release from Angel and Brad. What is that all about. now he is kissing their asses after a year long smear campaign. I guess he is just glad to get something to report on that won't blow up in his face. Of course he has to say something negative about Brad though it just would not be Damon if he did not. .

Damon Kruezer has continued to amaze me with his latest antics and claims of being an insider. He claims to have been good friends with the ex Bryan Kocis, he even admits to being at Micky’s when Bryan harassed Brent Corrigan. Then he posts a picture of a Cobra DVD with a title that no one recognizes and quickly removes the picture but not before printing a retraction.

Then he claims that his detective Zenobel has some FBI Profilers working with him to prove that Brent Corrigan is responsible for Bryan death. A death that I might add he said did not really happen.

Then he posts that letter from Joe Kerekes again and claims that Joe is a victim of Harlow. But I guess he had to choose Joe because Harlow’s letter basically made Damon look like more of a fool than he already does. Well at least it did the first time he posted it. Damon reads all of the blogs that mention him and he proves it with his own blog by printing corrections and lovely retractions and ambiguous statements aimed at those who print the truth about him. All the while hiding behind that Cyberstalker nomination that he is so proud of, calling all of us jealous.
Funny thing is that he does not have a clue that his nomination totally cheapens that award.


The fact that he was nominated makes me really think that Cybersocket should rethink their nomination process.

Why would they allow a web site to be nominated that sent porn to child?

Why would they allow a web site to be nominated that prints hurtful lies about people and continues to do so?

Why would they allow a web site that claims to raise money for legal fund for a person charged with murder only to take that money and not send it to be nominated?

Why would they allow a web site that tells lies about the dead to be nominated?

Why would they allow a web site that has known ties to a child molester to be nominated?

Why would you nominate a web site that Brags about being banned for spamming other web sites.

Well the fact is that they did allow such a web site to be nominated and it shows how diligent they are in the selection process and it also shows you how "valuable" that award really is.Yet Damon claims that we are jealous that we did not get nominated, that is a joke if I ever heard one. Who would even want to be mentioned in the same sentence with a nominee like that!

With the Cybersocket nomination and the subsequent interview it seems that Damon Kruezer is trying to go another direction yet again. It has never worked before and it defiantly won't work this time. I really don't get this whole semi-news thing that Kruezer at night is trying.

The blog appears to be loosing all of its direction and all of it's street cred and "journalist" Damon Kruezer it appears is a rebel no more. The site is just becoming another cookie cutter gay blog talking about the same old crap and nothing more.

I guess if Damon kruezer and his brand Kruezer at night want to be accepted as a real journalist then I guess he should try and act like one. If this is what we are to expect from a Cybersocket nominated Damon Kruezer then I say take the nomination away. It is like that damn award nomination castrated him and made him docile. Where is the fierce Damon we all loved to hate? What happened to the idiot rebel who attacked all that was sacred? What happened to all of the insider news that he delivered before it happened?

Damon has now become what he so fought against for all of these years and what he has rallied against.

Since your are going to go down this road to boredom, then loose all of the psycho color on the blog and try to be more like a news site. The few people who go to your website get a headache when they go to view your page because they can't deal with all the colors. News should always be in Black and white. I would have thought you would have learned that in "Journalism" school. So I guess we will just have to watch the demise of this web page as all of your minions(alters) fight it out for control of what is left of your empire while you sit in the corner drooling until they get your med's adjusted.
