Something languishing in limbo has been brought back because it was time, in advance of the spectacular new interview agreed to. Now is it time for another resurrection as the trial of a misused, misunderstood and severely provoked man begins next February 17th? not in service at this date...

So who is "PC" and what's his deal?

Three words: "elitist", "pretentious", and "exclusionary"

For all those asking me about who or what "PC" is, here's the short answer, in the Kruezer view: PC is a blogger residing in the same general area as the crime he blogs about, a man who pretends to be objectively interested in reporting about the Kocis-Cuadra-Kerekes case but who we allege has actually been hired by influential Washington politicos to deflect certain inquiries, obfuscate certain information, and generally act as a filtering agent to put the right "spin" on the news of the trial for his readers while at the same time lining his pockets with dozens of Google ads based partly on his careful and deliberate manipulation of reader and hit count statistics.

KRUEZER AT NIGHT believes that's his REAL agenda, suddenly appearing in the Blogosphere out of the blue as he did, vaguely alluding to inside sources never named, and refusing to explain what happened to his blogging partner, "KM", who abruptly disappeared for no clear reason. Most damning of all to his claims of being a LEGITIMATE journalist is this: PC is refusing to acknowledge or reference the well documented FACT of DAMON - not "PC" - being the very last journalist to interview Harlow and Joe before their arrests.

Constant readers will quickly discern that in matters of FACT as just referenced, PC can't hide behind personality politics, or hidden agendas, or simple jealousy, in refusing to acknowledge the primacy of DK's reportage as one who was in the mix with Harlow and Joe, and well acquainted with victim BRYAN KOCIS as well as having interviewed BRENT CORRIGAN, many months before PC suddenly manifested himself with his hapless and soon "disappeared" writing partner "KM".

Maybe now you understand why we see "PC" as being so maliciously disrespectful to senior reporters like DK while still fishing for intel from us through his sock puppets, so surrounded by the same 3 cheerleaders, so rapaciously avid to boost his blog's ratings by any means he deems prudent, so censorious of any viewpoint not his own, so vindictive to anyone he thinks crosses him, so smugly complacent and judgmental, and so worried about DAMON and what may yet be revealed from our famous last interview with HARLOW CUADRA and JOE KEREKES on 5/14/07, (the day before their arrests, a FACT that bothers and torments "PC" to no end).

Kentie you totally feel threatened By PC which I find funny. PC is just posting court documents on his blog but he is also a conduit for the republican right wing media. Now that is a big joke. Just like Kentie tried to spread lies about Joe and Harlow being involved with the murder suicide in Florida he has been trying to link this case to so many things that it is just hilarious. The real truth about this case is that it is just a bunch of stupid people who got involved and a stupid man got killed.

Kentie, face it Bryan was a pedophile and you were his friend and that makes you complicit in his actions since you knew about what he was doing and never turned him in. Deal with this Kentie you have aligned yourself with pedophiles before. You even tried to get me a sixteen year old boy to have sex with you. Kruezer at night and it's street cred?

Damon Kruezer has continued to amaze me with his latest antics and claims of being an insider. He claims to have been good friends with the ex Bryan Kocis, he even admits to being at Micky’s when Bryan harassed Brent Corrigan. Then he posts a picture of a Cobra DVD with a title that no one recognizes and quickly removes the picture but not before printing a retraction.

Then he claims that his detective Zenobel has some FBI Profilers working with him to prove that Brent Corrigan is responsible for Bryan death. A death that I might add he said did not really happen.

Then he posts that letter from Joe Kerekes again and claims that Joe is a victim of Harlow. But I guess he had to choose Joe because Harlow’s letter basically made Damon look like more of a fool than he already does. Well at least it did the first time he posted it. Damon reads all of the blogs that mention him and he proves it with his own blog by printing corrections and lovely retractions and ambiguous statements aimed at those who print the truth about him. All the while hiding behind that Cyberstalker nomination that he is so proud of, calling all of us jealous.
Funny thing is that he does not have a clue that his nomination totally cheapens that award.


The fact that he was nominated makes me really think that Cybersocket should rethink their nomination process.

Why would they allow a web site to be nominated that sent porn to child?

What I find funny is that Kentie you also claimed that Bryan was not dead and you posted about it on your Myspace page. And in effect he faked his own death. So in effect Brent drove Joe and Harlow to kill a man that was placed in the house by Bryan to be killed by Joe and Harlow so that he could slip away into the witness protection program and Robert Wagner is the key to all of this. Marc and I got away from the stale air at the inn to do some on-site investigation. We felt the cold right down to our fingertips as we examined what we're told is a "computer graveyard" site, a landfill in a remote location. What we found, sifting through the debris, will be brought to the attention of Atty. Demetrius Fannick.
Visiting someone who will almost certainly testify at trial tonight, we smelled the wood in his fireplace as well as the perfume behind his mistress' ears. A very well known person in Pennsylvania.

With dark clouds scudding along the horizon visible from our host's bay window, we were shown some material that is planned to be introduced into evidence that will almost certainly blow this case wide open. The defense appears to be aware of it.
Regarding personal psychological status, the latest communication from Harlow Cuadra appears to indicate he is in a state of high anxiety.
ALLEGEDLY: Cuadra believes he can walk free if he can manage to stay alive through the legal process for the next 4 months. He's concerned about reports of "accidents" planned for him in prison to stop him from telling all that he knows, and he wants enrollment in the Witness Protection Program to keep him safe from the actual killers of BRYAN KOCIS if the reported "arrangements" now allegedly being negotiated can be finalized...assuming that Kocis' body is indeed the one recovered and not merely a lookalike cleverly planted at the scene.
As THE KRUEZER has advised, DNA testing will be insisted upon to provide absolute confirmation of identity.
It's now privately admitted, we discovered, that the DA's almost exclusive focus on Harlow Cuadra as the principal killer was ill advised, without basis and tactically a severe error.
Incidental note: Cuadra has gained significant weight on prison food and is increasingly lonely and erotically frustrated as the months stretch on. He reportedly has some VERY harsh words for co-defendant Joe Kerekes that will not be reported here at this time, but you can imagine.

Hi all it would appear that Damon has really gone on a tangent this time. He is claiming that Bryan is not dead and that the body found in his burned out shell of a house was in fact an imposter. What I find funny is that Damon is in Dallas County PA. I think he made a wrong turn somewhere in New Jersey. He really should be in Luzerne County if he wants to do his deep investigative reporting.

Marc Damon’s boy friend still does not exist. And NG of NG’s blog has denounced Damon and says that he has nothing to do with him. Angle Skye has said the same thing with regards to Damon. I spoke to the owners of Boybatter and they informed me that Damon was not given a free membership to the site. That is another one in a series of lies he has told.

Marc and I are speechless about some of the names sourced to us that we're told will be witnesses at the preliminary hearing on August 20th. If our sources are correct, then it's fair to say the prosecution strategy extends far beyond the immediate defendants and may well involve at least 2 agencies of the Federal government, while the defense allegedly has some big surprises of its own, one of which may be deployed on August 20th. "Bound by Lies" Part 3...Summing Up + Conclusion of Damon Kruezer's RING OF DARKNESS casefile and now, commissioned book draft When Sean met Grant

You still going on about that fake book deal? No one will read a book that you write.

Now, dear readers... the most interesting piece, from my perspective: After Sean came back to San Diego, and met Grant, he pretty quickly decided he liked Grant better than Bryan, and it's pretty clear that Sean wanted/needed the Dad he never had, and was seeking him out, first in Bryan and later in Grant. The fact that Bryan and Grant bear a striking resemblance to each other, and are both very dominant personalities, reinforces this idea.
I still think Sean would have continued to work for Bryan had Bryan responded differently to the age revelation, but I think Bryan still wanted not just a model, but a boyfriend. So Bryan was jealous of Grant, and that fueled much of the rage, death threats, etc. when the age issue was raised by Sean. Grant, in turn, in the Kruezer view "stoked the fire" of Sean's developing hatred of Bryan as aggressively as possible, so as to cement his relationship with Sean.

Damon what bullshit file did you drag that up from?


Now... there are numerous reports of Sean and Bryan meeting, coming to terms, and being happy with one another once again, of them hanging around with each other at clubs and other places at the Vegas trade show, and I think even dancing together. Bryan told several people that he was really happy to be friends with Sean again, and looked forward to working with him. This HAD to be Grant's worst nightmare. Bryan had everything Grant did not... money, success, education, and Grant (probably correctly) perceived Bryan as the one person who could take Sean away from him. It is likely that Grant, who had been in favor of settling the lawsuit, never dreamed that Bryan could turn on the charm and once again get close to Sean.

Here’s a fact Damon you are everyone’s worst nightmare. Sean and Bryan were not out clubbing all over Vegas. The met in one club and that was pretty much it. You see things were not going that great at that time and they had to pull everything together in San Diego. As a matter of fact on the 15th of January Bryan sent an email to a friend saying things were not going so well with the negotiations. That was the day after the Hustla Ball. I guess you and Bryan were not as good of friends as you thought if he did not tell you that little detail.

if we look at the whole picture in all its complexity, Grant's known temper and uncontrolled hatred for Bryan, combined with the other factors paint one of the most common motives for murder: jealousy.
That, to me, is a much more likely scenario than the "murder Bryan so we can shoot videos with Sean" plan promoted by the police.

You could be right about that but I would not bet on it. You see if anger was a good motive for killing some one you would have been killed years ago.

As for Harlow and his fascination with Sean? I honestly think, from everything I've seen, researched, and heard, that he was seeing dollar signs, a way for Harlow to dig out of his enormous debt. Here's what I base it on... We know he was in debt up to his eyeballs, and I think he (arrogantly and erroneously) thought that Sean was money in the bank. He was telling people that he could make $100,000 off of a DVD with Sean and he in it.
But that was simply ridiculous.

So maybe Harlow was in debt and maybe he was wrong about the amount of money that such a video would make but I think it would have made them both quit a bit of money. It looks like we might never know but you are not in a position to speculate as you probably have never seen one of either of they’re videos.

Here's how it would have played out: A no-name studio (boybatter), with a no-name gay video actor (harlow) and some guy who's been on a couple of DVDs that have sold no more than 5,000-10,000 units each. In the industry, this would equate to *maybe* sales of 1000-2000 units at the most (and that would be unheard of for a new studio, even with an established star, which Sean was not), at an industry-average wholesale price (for an unknown studio) of maybe $8 per copy. The fact that Harlow was offering Sean $30,000 shows how stupid he was. He would not even have broken even. The fact that he didn't have even the most basic understanding of the economics of the industry... and the fact that he somehow thought that Cobra was his main and only competition, when there are dozens if not hundreds of twink studios would tend to reinforce the idea that he was simply broke, stupid, and had the hots for Sean... and let his greed and his d**k dictate his desires.
So... if we add this all up, my best guess is that Sean and Grant never offered or agreed to any contract for murder... but I think it is VERY possible that Grant, unbeknownst to Sean, *did* cut such a deal with Harlow and Joe, promising them that Sean would work with them if Bryan were out of the picture. This fits very nicely with a lot of things... Joe's emails to *Grant*, saying "we had a deal"... Grant gets Bryan out of the way, eliminating his competition... and Grant knows that Sean will be devastated, so he can be there to comfort him... and Harlow gets to f**k Sean, shoot a movie with him, and (in Harlow's mind) make enough money to pay off all his debts.

Damon did you stay up late at night thinking about this or did you steal it from someone else’s blog? I would go with you stole it it sounds really familier.

Regarding Joe's story that Harlow was at Bryan's house, but after he was dead, a well known attorney posted a great response, which I don't seem to be able to locate, but in essence, it said "You show up at someone's house where you're supposed to have a meeting, but you find the door open, someone dead, smoke coming out, and someone upstairs. So what do you do? You rush back to the hotel you've paid up for 2 nights, check out immediately, and drive five hours back to Virginia. You don't call the police. Who in their right mind would do that, and who would believe that someone else did that?"

Oh my good you actually are attempting to give someone credit. The only problem is you quoted it word for word so why did you not read the name attached? I believe it was Cad. You should take better notes or did spill bear on your notes?

And as someone else said, "In the Black's Beach tape, Harlow described the upstairs bedroom, which he supposedly didn't enter, Did he yell up to the person he heard and ask him to shout down a description?"
This, of course, putting aside all the other evidence, the most pesky of which is apparently the same camcorder as came from Bryan's house, with serial number filed off, being found in Harlow's house, and a posting from Harlow to a video discussion board a couple days after the murder saying he just got this camera but doesn't have a manual for it.
Harlow seems like a nice guy, and I would truly like to believe he's innocent. But the combination of his own actions and statements (putting aside all evidence that could possibly have been fabricated), his wanting Sean, being stupid and greedy, combined with the connection with Grant, who had motive and opportunity...well, it's getting VERY difficult for this reporter to have any substantial reasonable doubt, pending rabbits being pulled out of hats at the preliminary hearing on August 20th.

Like I said earlier you changed your mind today about Harlow so now he is guilty just yesterday you helped him get his house back and he was innocent you are seriously in need of some mental health care oh yeah you are nobodies reporter either.

From a variety of sources and after personal investigation, I have determined that the day after the BRYAN KOCIS murder happened, his protege and former lover Sean Lockhart aka BRENT CORRIGAN was in tears the entire day, and so upset he could barely speak.

Keep in mind, constant readers, that there were people in San Diego and LA who had known Sean before his video work and knew how old he was, and the rumors kept circulating. As Sean's video work became more visible, the rumors got louder.

Bryan Kocis told me he kept hearing the rumors, and told Sean that he HAD to stop these "false rumors" because it was starting to create questions for Bryan and Cobra Video.
And then it was that the naive and gullible Sean realized he couldn't stop the rumors in view of several Myspace profiles - set up by others - with Sean's real age, other postings and much talking about his age, all long before any actual issues occurred between Bryan and Sean.
It was around the time where the rumors could no longer be squelched that to his credit, Sean came to the realization that he had to come clean with Bryan and face the music. Sean was ready to continue working for Bryan, though he was nervous about it, and while he realized Bryan would be angry, I have confirmed that he hoped that things could be worked through.
But no one anticipated Bryan's reaction. I am sorry to have to report that in all honesty, Bryan allegedly threatened Sean's life, reportedly told him the only place he would be safe was in Mexico, allegedly threatened to tell Sean's parents and family about his video work (they didn't then know), and very likely told Sean he was going to have thousands of large posters made of Sean naked, in the most embarrassing and humiliating positions, and have them posted all over San Diego where Sean lived, worked, and hung out.
It gets more intense. Alleged repeated threats of other types were made over phone, email, and text messages.
I advised Bryan to "cease and desist" to no avail. All of this, of course, caused Sean's desire to continue to work with Bryan to evaporate - but Grant allegedly also aggressively filled Sean's ears with how horrible Bryan was, in the hopes of securing his own position as boyfriend/business partner.
I suspect that both things combined to turn Sean 180 degrees from admiring Bryan to hating him.
Then HARLOW CUADRA and JOE KEREKES entered the picture.

The trial of Harlow Cuadra and Joe Kerekes will be at the Luzerne County Courthouse, 200 North River Street, in downtown Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The jury will be drawn from the surrounding area unless a motion for change of venue due to pre-trial publicity allegedly biasing prospective jurors to an unacceptable degree is sought and granted.
My personal attorney is closely monitoring developments.
