Xbiz reacts to the lies and fraud

After all of the big talk by Damon Kruezer about his new found credibility as a "Cybersocket nominated Journalist" he is going to be facing his biggest challenge yet. There is a industry wide back lash heading his way. A porn tsunami of sorts. It looks like several of the models that a certain Internet stalker has proclaimed as his friends are about to come clean with the truth. It seems that with the investigation about vote fraud in the Cybersocket awards nomination process and the nominees being corrected that a great amount of attention has been placed on Kruezer at night. I has also come to the attention of several police agencies that he is running an online extortion scheme. With the lies that were proven recently there is a great deal of distrust regarding him.

It also would appear that a certain European bareback porn studio is pondering the question of suing him for slander. Several other porn agencies are thinking about a class action suit as well. It would appear that his Internet stalking days are coming to an end. Several of the award committees are comparing notes and asking about IP addresses to confirm whether it is in fact true that he was spamming the voting process

With the unprovoked attacks that he has been known for and the models that have been effected by it the industry has a no Damon policy in place and any model that is caught communicating with him will no longer be welcome. In closed meetings after the Cybersocket awards many in the industry have expressed concern about his activities and have decided to all band together and do away with this Internet cancer.


"In the last year the Don’t speak of and ignore campaign has not seemed to work he has just gotten more viral" says the rep of a major studio who spoke to me off the record. "There is a real problem with the private lives of the models being used as fodder for his blackmail schemes." He goes on to say "There are several models whose lives have been damaged by this guy and they are all feed up." "With that Cybersocket award nomination he thinks he can become legitimate, well he is wrong about that, there is a investigation into the nomination process".

I was also told off the record by a representative of a "Internet billing company" that there will be a email campaign to re-email all of the voters and a confirmation email is required back. The returned email is going to a secure server with the latest in IP address checking software. This will in effect weed out all of the fake emails and it also has the ability to check for IP spoofing. It is a test for the porn studios and Internet companies to prove how viable this technology is. Right now it is a pilot program and once the results are in it is going to be used for all Internet voting in the future. It was developed by one of the Internet pay companies to avoid the use of fake credit cards and email spamming. Internet fraud is no joke it cost companies billions every year and the porn industry is being very proactive about it.

So it would appear that the work of the Truth Squad is not in vain, the powers that be are listening. And they are taking action too. How cool is that. I personally have received emails from several people with regards to this problem and have promised to keep doing what I am doing to help bring an end to this cancer.

It is a well know fact that Damon Kruezer has no standing in the Gay porn community. It would seem that Damon Kruezer is challenging his doubters to a video interview. What is funny is that he is demanding money for it. What is strange is that he is also hinting for a donation from John Roecker. He is trying to get him to sponsor his trip to Harlow's trial. Damon thinks that he did John Roecker a favor by getting PC forced to remove the Harlow interview transcripts. Why would Damon, Who claims to be so flush with all of the different activities that he is involved in tell someone that he needed to raise the money for a trip to Harlow's trial? Why after nearly two years is he still harping on a "interview" with 1 convicted Joe Kerekes. Everyone knows that Joe did all the talking in that relationship. Why is Damon trying to weasel some money from John Roecker for telling him about the transcript?

Fact: PC posted that interview transcript and it was removed on the 29th of January.

Fact: I did a post on that same day saying that Damon would take credit for it.

Fact: Damon sent a email to John Roecker on the 31st of January mentioning how his pointers helped him get his copyrighted work removed.

Fact: Damon Lied he had nothing to do with it, he is just trying to take credit for something that he was not involved in.

Fact: Damon has been busted repeatedly in the last week for his lies.

Fact: Damon Kruezer is a fraud!

Are these the actions of a honorable man? This is the same person who lied repeatedly about Matthew Rush , Angle Skye, Brad Star, Brent Corrigan and many other models for the sole purpose to put his vile name in the public spot light. This is the same Cretin who came from under a rock to claim that he was going to run Cobra Video after the murder of Bryan Kocis.

His many lies and frauds are well known and yet he is still allowed to do so by those who enable him. it seems the time has come to reveal all those who enable him to do his dis-service to the gay community.

There is one thing that you can always count on from Damon Kruezer and it is his unabashed self promotion. He is a snake in the grass just waiting for his next victim to fall prey to his trap. He has been banned from more websites than anyone I have ever heard of. Most recently from Just one hot minute , all because of his constant crap infused posts. He will make a bogus statement and then he will make comments by his "supposed fans" to back it up. This is one small minded man who has nothing on his agenda but fame and fortune and he does not care who he hurts to get it. Could that be the reason why it has alluded him all of these years.

Just like the tragic deaths of Heath Ledger and Brad Renfro, Damon used the death of Bryan Kocis to bring his vile name back from the abis. What does that tell you about him? I wonder who the next victim of Damon Kruezer will be. I guess we should look at the obituaries to see. I hear Bab's croaked why don't you do a post on her Kentie.

When presented with my case the detective found probable cause for me to pursue harassment amongst other charges against this man for the countless months of false accusations, defamation, slander, and stalker like behavior.I have plenty of witnesses who I know I can count on for their support.

I have received full permission from the people I answer to to pursue this to the full extent of the law, and I will. I am doing this for myself as well as Mathew Rush, Kevin Clarke, and everyone else who for the past ten years has had to endure this man's terrorism.I am calling on the adult entertainment industry all fellow models who read and everyone to please support me in this. HE WANTED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE MURDER CASE SO BADLY, PERHAPS HE THOUGHT ABOUT IT SO MUCH HE FANTASIZED HIMSELF INTO BELIEVING IT.

There is also Matthew Rush who has been a victim of his for several years as well as Brent Corrigan. All victims of his lies and slander and for what purpose? There are far to many to mention here. Damon has no advertisers on his blog and he has no one linked to his blog. He just sits on his fat ass and posts lie after lie. There is no truth there none what so ever and there never will be. He claims he has connections in the industry but no one will talk to him more than once. He calls himself a journalist but the only article that he was ever credited with writing had to be rewritten because it was all about him and the subject of the article was barley mentioned. Some journalist huh, oh yeah he did not even get paid for it. The eviction is real and the lies he told the court are real as well but he denies them with a passion. The only problem is that it is well documented. If you want copies email Elmysterio and he will send them to you. He is nothing more than a delusional liar who lives in a fantasy world created in his own sick mind with people who read his blog and send him fan mail. Many sites have closed down their forums because of him and his blatant lies. But I am here to put a stop to him and his disgusting diatribes. He can cuss at me and call me a fake but the fact is he is the real fake.
There have been many that have been victims of his lies and there will likely be more but if I have my way he will be stopped. We all need to come together and let him know that he has no power in the blogasphere and we can stop him. I am the real Yves Mignon and Damon can’t stand it
