Yves here: Damon’s claims about notifying Harlow’s attorneys about anything are pure bullshit. Harlow’s lawyers know who Damon is and would not give him the time of day. Damon has no evidence about anything about this case. He has no connections to anyone with the exception of his well-publicized letters from Joe and Harlow WHERE THEY DECLARE THAT THEY ARE BOTH STRAIGHT. He has had no real contact since his much heralded interview with Joe on the day before their arrest. An interview I might add that he lied to Joe to get. No one in Luzerne County appears to be claiming that they did an investigation and found that Bryan Kocis' business records were missing.
So, Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes are being charged with stealing and destroying Bryan Kocis' business records. However, Cobra Video is still in business. What's up with that?
Since the FBI admits that it will accept electronic 2257 records, either:
a) Cobra Video's 2257 Records were not destroyed; or
b) There are electronic copies of Cobra Video's 2257 Records that were not destroyed...as THE KRUEZER has been telling you all along. Remember that USB flash drive?
Either way, Dewayne in San Diego, apparently blinded by the light from Sean Lockhart's shiny smooth booty with that blue star he likes so much, and so eager to get attention using the name of one more famous than he will ever be, may just see Prosecutors roll over HIM on their way to the huge effort now being reportedly planned for convicting Cuadra and Kerekes...and maybe, we would imagine, even a visit from the FBI if they have taken his petition seriously.

The fact is the FBI and the San Diego police have the emails from Bryan to Lee with regards to the Back door deal. The police had search warrants for all of Bryan’s electronic communications. Yes they have all of the emails that Bryan sent Lee with regards to this deal. And it is in fact true. Lee was doing this behind Sean and Grants backs and he is now quaking in his boots from the fear of a possible civil suit because of it. Lee could loose everything because of this. And the poor man does not have bankruptcy as a option this time because he last filed for it in 2003. Pity Lee the time between them would not be enough.
